What was done was very good but …….
Everybody I spoke to was helpful and knowledgable and the repair work completed is very good and the car was returned clean. However some damage on the underside of the car was missed otherwise the rating could have been five stars.

DLG Auto Services acted efficiently
DLG Auto Services were appointed by my insurers to handle the repair to my car. A temporary replacement was provided very efficiently. The nature of the repair necessitated the services of the Main Dealer but DLG kept me informed throughout.My car and the courtesy car were exchanged efficiently.

My insurance company dictated the repair and respray was done by DLG Auto Services. Contact was made very quickly by them and the repair booked in. Replacement car provided with no problem by a very friendly, chatty man. You can see progress of repairs with their online portal for which they provide a link. My car was returned on a low loader and had been cleaned inside and out. Repairs to dents and paintwork appear flawless. Recommended.

After an accident in my notability car DLG were appointed to do repairs they were very informative of all what was going to be done after it was picked up and accessed.The repairs were done sooner than the estimated time (even though I was given courtesy car.)

Excellent communication, repairs were done very well, but it did take a while. Estimates for time of completion served to raise hopes that were then dashed as new parts were discovered to be needed- this happened a few times so that there was a month difference between first estimate of completion and actual completion. However, staff always available and helpful and courteous on phone, repairs have been done well, courtesy car was good, delivery drivers were efficient, clear, and very pleasant.
