Customer service was very good. The Brazilian girl was informative, communicated well and followed up.
Installation of the wheels (£60 extra) was painless and the car looked immaculate.

The prices on the website are not what you will find on the ground, and they do not include any cost for off-set wheels, which can add a bit. But i found i could negotiate and together search for a bette deals once on site.

All in all a good experience.

I looked at the website and asked for one set of rims. They were out of stock. I then asked for another set of rims and they were also out of stock. If the rims are out of stock then why are they in your website? This stopped me from buying from them as each time e I asked I had to wait for a response via email

I speak with a guy from this company on Facebook and phone call regarding tint windows and he told me 150£ full car tint( Laguna estate) when I got there he asked me another 30 £ more and make a bad job...I told them I don't like to see white line around windows but they don't do nothing regarding that...after I let a review they start to call me and asked me why I give that review...aloo this is way how WE...your customers revenge on you...you ask more money that another company any make a shet job,I told you I dont like it and don't do nothing regarding that...I dont recomand this company...stay away from them...bad quality and expensive price.

To be fair the 3 wheels and tyres I have are lovely, pity over a week since ordering I do not have the 4th wheel… I will never use or recommend DK performance. I base this on the fact that I only have 3 out of 4 wheels. I base this on the fact that the will not give me basic information like when my order will be completed. I base this on the fact that they rarely answer phone calls or emails. How hard can it be to arrange a delivery and tell somebody when it will be? The initial issue was not DK performance’s fault. Parcelforce are an absolute nightmare needless to say huge number of the issues are their fault. My issue with DK performance is their communication. I got the perception that they just did not care about the fact that I did not get all 4 wheels.

I bought some wheels from this company,these took a week to arrive they said they needed drilling so I asked the question will I see the silver alloy in the bolt holes they said no( as these are black rims), only when the arrived theres massive drill holes covered in swarf also scratched from handling! Customer service is terrible sent emails only to ignored and phone calls to be cut off short .. avoid avoid this company

great company to deal with and good customer service, really happy with the price of the alloys as other companies in the north had them for £60+ more.The delivery time was great as it only took just over a week and they had to come from italy aswell. all in all very happy with the service and alloys.

Useless at repairing cars. made a mess fixing my audi a4. kept car for 10 days to change the starter motor and it kept breaking down even after the 10day fix. had to tow it twice back to them and eventually got it fixed at a different garage.

DK performance charged me 550gbp for the starter motor change but Audi said they charge 470 including vat for starter motor change.
So expensive than dealer and useless at work.gave them their useless auto electro starter motor and got 200 back eventually. I asked for more refund but no reply what so ever. They broke the plastic connector to the starter motor and used silicone to stick it in place which kept melting and pushing the connector out of starter motor which caused no power to motor.

They told me I get one year warranty on starter motor but when I rang General Traffic (who they got the part from), they said all their starter motors come with two year warranty..they lie, they overcharge, bad at work and too slow.

Good attempt to block the review dk performance.. You still continue lying? How can you say you don't do mechanical work while you did work on my car? Please stick to changing tyres and stop mechanical repairs as you said...

Excellent service and prompt delivery. Staff were a pleasure to deal with would recommend to anyone and deal with again.

Couldn't fault DK at all. Their service and products are superb. Highly recommended!
