I've always had a good shopping experience with diya whether it's was with purchasing returns or refunds, everything always on time and perfect.

Quick shipping, I got my parcel on time. The quality of the clothes (kurtas) are good too. Pricing could be abit better for the clothes but it’s ayt.

As per many other customer reviews, this company has fraudulently withheld my money despite submitting my returns over 3 months ago - countless emails and calls and I’m still chasing for my refund. The clothes ordered were very poor quality and faulty. Do NOT buy from here

Place order received, returned 3 item and it's been over 2 weeks still no refund. They not responded to emails the phone is not ligetmet, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU PLACE ORDER WITH DIYA. Very poor service

Diya is really fast with good quality clothes, it’s normally hard to find plus sized traditional clothing in a pinch, but diya makes it easy!

First time ordering here for me & my Mum and we were so pleased with our purchases! Beautiful designs and quality of the fabric - highly recommended and can’t wait to order again! Delivery was quick too :)

I purchased 2 beautiful suits, they had lovely designs and fabric was perfect, they came packaged really nicely too. I’m So happy with my suits really impressed.

Accused me of wearing both a medium AND large item, and suggesting it has "visible stains"

I received one item ripped, and one item didn't even fit. What on Earth am I meant to do? If an item is poor quality, and doesn't fit, I'm entitled to a refund especially given consumers rights especially over the Internet

Diya online now want to send me back one poor quality clothes, and one that doesn't fit (but also poor quality) back for £4.95

I'm willing to go to small claims courts for this which would cost Diya Online at least half the cost of the items. I do wonder why Diya online think I can somehow fit a medium AND large item at the same time. Do they have some form of machine that can alter physics? If they have one, I wouldn't mind hiring it but obviously they don't have such a thing. There's is no possible way for someone to fit both a medium and a large item at the same time. How can both be "worn" and both have a "visible stain"? Especially when I've not worn either and not used either

If Diya online sent me poor quality stuff, that has a "visible stain", that I didn't even realise then that's on them.

Very good quality and a good range of outfits to choose from.

I have bought 8 outfits now in last couple months and everyone I love..being only 5ft an slim build an 49 it's been hard finding outfits to fit me..I do have to order from small to xsmall depending on the style..I turned to Islam nearly 2yr ago and now I found good quality affordable clothes I feel comfortable buying more as my journey in islam continues..In shaa Allah ❤️ I can not fault any of my outfits or the service and I have had 2 I think free delivery options 😀

Loved the outfit I ordered and lovely to see such a choice in larger sizes. My only negative is no free returns or the ability to do an exchange. I wanted to return and get a different size but had to pay to return the item then purchase the next size. And had to wait for a refund

I wouldn't just email a company to receive free shipping when I know its not an offer at the moment. The reason I emailed you is because I tried to place an order while there was the free shipping offer on the website but I was unable to place my order due to technical issues. When I emailed diya regarding this they said they couldn't do anything about it and told me that other customers were able to place their orders (which obviously made me feel like they're trying to say that I'm lying to them). I've been a customer for almost 15 years now and think it was ridiculous that this company would trouble me like that over £5 when I was trying to place an £80 order. That's why I had to leave this review which I normally don't but I definitely think that the customer service is not good. They were unable to help me when I clearly told them several times that I tried placing the order but couldn't due to technical issues. I was just made to feel as if I'm lying to them.
