Been trying to get hold of anyone at Diya to get my refund issues for products that have been sent back. No response from anyone. There is no way to contact them via phone either. Have followed the refund process and have the proof of products being returned but till this day no refund issued

I had an excellent experience ordering an outfit for myself and my daughters. Living so far away, Payal was able to offer a video appointment and showed me outfit within my price range. I selected my outfit and sent Payal my measurements and she asked the onsite tailor to amend it for me. I am forever grateful, thank you for being patient with me.

I bought and outfit
I bought an outfit. It did not fit. I sent it back in the packaging it came with on 7th September 2026. It is now 20th September and I have not had a refund. I have had nothing but problems with them. Worst company I have dealt with. When you.contact them all you get back is their stupid ticket number but no one gets back to you. I have now involved PayPal. Never trust them. You are the ones that sent me dpd returns label. The item was posted back to you on the 7/09/2026. So no PayPal have got involved as I sent the the proof of postage which in the couple of replies I finally received from you after umpteen e.mails sent to you, never mentioned anything about sending you proof of postage. Well it is done as i have sent it to them now

AVOID ! Ordered an outfit and they sent me the wrong size .
Sent diya online an email and got a response asking for photos but I have already posted it back tracked .
The package has been returned and I have emailed diya online numerous times and still no reply back .
Iv logged a dispute with PayPal now , I was pre warned not to order from “ Asians “ but I gave it a go and shot myself in the pocket . Not only I have lost £25 , I had to pay for postage back .

We would like to clarify that if in rare cases a faulty item gets packed and delivered, we ask for images to check the fault and then we provide a return label so the items can be posted back to us free of cost. After that, we provide a refund in due course.

Still no refund after over 3 weeks!
I returned the items three weeks ago and haven’t received any update. I did get one reply saying there was a delay, but since then I’ve emailed multiple times and had no response.
I’ve never had this issue with you before, but this is now becoming both frustrating and unacceptable. There’s no contact number available, and my emails are being ignored. I am owed a refund of over £100, and I’m beginning to worry that this won’t be processed.
Your refund policy states 14 working days, yet it has now been nearly 21 days. If I don’t receive a response or my refund soon, I will have no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank and consider further action under the Consumer Rights Act.
This level of customer service is extremely disappointing, and I would appreciate an immediate full refund.
UPDATE: Glad I got your attention from this review!
Don't you think it would have been good will to refund the delivery charge (£4.95) considering I paid £9 for the return (didn't keep anything due to bad quality) within the 14 day window period yet you didnt keep your policy of refunding me within 14 working days? If I had gone over the 14 day window, it would have been a different story altogether. I will never order from you again or recommend you.

Very difficult to get a refund
In the past I have ordered items from here and not had a problem, until I ordered the same outfit in 2 different sizes. I had to return both in the end as they just didn’t suit me. I have had to chase and chase for a refund. I was refunded for one, but still not received my second refund even though I returned both suits in the same parcel.
I ordered the suits in February and it’s now April and still no refund. I no response to my emails either. Very disappointing and I won’t be ordering from Diya Online in future.
