ordered a toilet on the 8/1/26 still haven't received it had to ring and chase the order myself and was giving a delivery date of the end of feb to be confirmed

Egyik online házhozszállításomra 2 hetet vártam, a kivitelező ott várt velem, de 1 nappal a kiszállítás előtt, raktárkészlet hiányra hivatkozva törölték a rendelésemet.
Hogy lehet hogy az utolsó nap törölték? A webshop azóta is elérhetőnek tünteti fel.

Másik megrendelésemre már egy hónapja várok, az eredeti kiszállítás napján kaptam egy emailt hogy kövessem a megrendelést, de az még UKban van delay cimkével.

Mégha olcsóbbak lennének mint a többi, de így inkább máshol szerzem be az eszközöket.

The good news is that the item was delivered when you said it would be delivered - the problem was that my phone and I were in the UK but the delivery was to Ireland so because there is only one number to contact B & Q Ireland on and that is an 1800 number which does not work outside Ireland there was no way I could contact you - and when someone who was waiting in for the delivery contacted you on my behalf the operator refused to help with out me contacting them which of course I couldn't do as I was in the UK .......

So quite simple you need a number for the Irish operation that folk outside Ireland can use.

Ordered the product for delivery from Liffey valley warehouse to my home. I was given a date and time for 2 days later. Nothing arrived. It took several phone calls and texts and the result was that the product was not delvered for another full week after the original date. If I had known that their delivery was this bad, I could have driven 45 minutes to the store and picked it up.

Order placed on 5th Jan where says the delivery will take place on the 8th as all rpoducts was available for either click collect or delivery.

2 weeks after still no feedback when my order will be delivered and finally post my call to customerservice, the initial order was cancelled and they placed new order on my behalf and need to wait further week for delivery.

Very good communication and delivery

I ordered two blinds on the 15th of Jan. Only one arrived on delivery, was told they would bring the other in a couple of days. Fast forward to Feb 6th they finally show up with the item I've been waiting for , for weeks. They sent the wrong item! The whole time claiming they were out of stock but the whole time advertised on the website as in stock and still selling. Avoid and I wouldn't purchase anything off them again.

Purchased Farrow and Ball paint for delivery, when it arrived the entire pot had leaked inside the packaging, there was no tape or anything to secure the lid. My husband had taken the package from the driver and then left the package on the kitchen table, only then did I discover the paint had leaked onto my table. absolutely livid! I got in touch with customer service 3 times with photos and videos it was either no response or no resolve, thankfully I'd paid by paypal so took a case with them and got my refund! NEVER again will I order anything for delivery with them again!

My mother hired Rug Doctor from B&Q Limerick so we could clean her bedroom carpet. When we picked it up, we were given no instruction except to watch youtube to learn how to use it, and we were given a receipt, with a deposit held and to have it back in 24 hours. We came back with machine, had cleaned out main part. Then was questioned on why the filter wasnt cleaned the supporting tube. I replied no one told us anything about cleaning filters when we rented it, nor cleaning tubes. Also there was nothing on the paperwork to issue those instructions. We couldn't remember the name of the person who rented it to us. End result they wouldn't give us back our deposit. Staff were poor in their communications all round. Attitude when we returned and explained we received no instructions from anyone, was pretty much 'tough'! My mother is an elderly widow, and I felt lousy for her that she lost her deposit and had that experience. So wouldn't give a high rating for the customer service attitude to be honest and if that is a requirement, can you please instruct people when they rent equipment.

I ordered a wall hanging cabinet online sometime around mid-December which was being delivered from the UK, I believe, to Ireland. I watched my phone on the delivery date and received many texts informing me that the delivery was on it's way. Eventually I got a message saying that my item had been delivered but no package arrived. I rang customer service who informed me they would talk to the delivery company (XPO). I heard nothing more back for a while over the Christmas and had to contact the company myself. I did eventually talk to them and they re-arranged to deliver the package. Again, nothing arrived. I have now rang back and re-scheduled this three times in total and still no package has arrived. XPO can't give me an answer as to why it's not being delivered. Yesterday I arranged to work from home to align with the proposed delivery, which never materialised. I think 1 star is prob a little generous for this experience
