Very Finicky app. My Times Gate has many annoying kinks that I can't get rid of. Lacks some customizability, and many things are hard to understand, or don't work properly.

The product hasn’t arrived yet but the customer service is excellent. The local courier (Evri) lost my parcel but Yara at Divoom was super helpful and couldn’t have been more supportive.

my divoom times frame had a software fault. i consulted the website and used the chat service to eventually get connected to an agent called yara. i sent her a video of the fault from which she determined a new model would be required under warranty. i incorrectly added my address on one of the email chains which caused a delay with the replacement but despite this yara was very patient and was prompt with her replies. i eventually received a replacement times frame in the post. great service from the team

The floating look is hard to capture in product photos. In person it makes ordinary pictures feel more like part of the room than images sitting on a screen. Friends notice the frame before they notice most of the much more expensive gear on my desk.

I turn on the same sound, lower the display, and read for about twenty minutes before bed. After a couple of weeks, that little sequence started feeling like a signal that the day is over. I did not expect a clock to help me be this tent.

My partner likes white noise and I prefer a quiet room, so we were not sure this would work for both of us. We found a softer sound at a low volume, and now the same device handles our bedtime sound and morning alarm without any argument.

I have used Divoom Products for several years now, I recently purchased a new Tiivoo 2 speaker and I was excited for the new features. I used features like the Radio, and Alarm, as well as Bluetooth and Micro SD card to listen to music. I encountered an issue where my screen was black and the audio was distorted, I was devastated. I reached out to support and I thought I was going to have to get a replacement model. However they provided me with a fix that I could do with my computer, replacing the corrupt files. They got back to be prompt and with clear instructions, I was able to fix the issue and now I can enjoy my speaker again!

You 'magically' changed the price on me from 107 dollars to 149! Unacceptable!

Divoom reached out to me and everything was worked out to my complete satisfaction. I still do not know how the price changed, but they honored the original expected price, and I have received my alarm clock.
My grandson loves it and is ready to go back to school with his new alarm. Thank-you

Really pleased with my Times Frame and for the quick and great customer support.

I bought the Tiivoo-2 for my grandson. The device is complicated until the company quickly sent me a video to help explain its use. I have not set it up yet because it is a gift for him, but I am impressed with all of its fun functions. I think he will like it!! The company has been very responsive to my questions!

Divoom Time Gate is a huge dissapointment. Very less pre-made modules available to be used, not to mention they don't look good at all, in fact most of the module look like some 4years old doodling randomly with some noob colours. No audio, not even Beeping function. Do not believe anything advertised by this scammer company or what those paid influencers anywhere said about this product.

Haven't received my order. Parcel tracking clearly states it was returned to sender (in Germany) after reaching customs for unknown reason. Over two weeks and still waiting for a refund.

Da ich aber dafür ehrlichgesagt keine Verwendung hatte und der zu schenkende sich auch etwas anderes darunter vorgestellt hatte, wollten wir das 30-tägige Rückgaberecht in Anspruch nehmen.
Nach über einer Woche und dem Status "Return requested" gab es keine Mitteilung oder Reaktion.
Daraufhin haben wir einfach mal einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet.

Divoom reagierte auch dort nicht.

Nach gut 2 Wochen haben wir nun das Geld von Paypal zurück erstattet bekommen.

Divoom hat sich bis heute weder gemeldet, noch den Status aktualisiert oder sonstiges.

Es is alles super! Die Leute sagen immer es geht nicht aber das liegt an der eigenen Dummheit. Einfach mall Anleitungen lesen!

Had a problem with my product, wrote them the next day and followed by a quick response. Very helpful and kind service

Sent me faulty sling bags. They won’t update and have functionality issues. I tried to return them under the statutory 30 day returns policy in the U.K. and the ignored my request and updated my sales order to NON RETURNABLE. An utter disgrace! DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM DIVOOM.

Currently using PayPal to aid my return.
