Die Firma verschickt SPAM-Mails, in denen Leuten Auszeichnungen und "Siegel" versprochen werden, die angeblich "verliehen" würden, weil man so eine tolle Firma wäre. In Wirklichkeit werden diese massenweise an jeden teuer verkauft, also keine wirkliche Auszeichnung, aber dafür versteckte Kosten, die über die angebliche "Auszeichnung für ein tolles Unternehmen" Kommunikation verhüllt werden.

I have an email that is defunct. Can't login.

There's no way to change it. It demands you verify your email.

Which doesn't exist anymore.

You can't get help from support.

You can't get help from community.

Why?

Ich weiß nicht was dass sein soll, aber ich gebe jetzt schon seit ca. 3 - 4 Jahren Forenbeiträge auf anderen Plattformen ab und da werden meine Beiträge nicht gelöscht. Hier musste ich feststellen, dass meine Beiträge auf der ,,allesstörungen.de" Seite, die auch wiederum auch auf die Disqus Seite weiterläuft, gelöscht oder als Spam gekennzeichnet wurden ohne einen Kontext dazu zu geben. Auch Beiträge wodurch ich mir so viel Mühe gemacht habe, jedem User eine Antwort zu geben oder eine Lösung für das Problem zu geben, weil z.B, eine App nicht funktionierte, wurden gelöscht bzw. sind noch in der Warteschleife. Ich werde mein Account nun löschen lassen, weil ich auf sowas keine Lust habe, dass ich mir die Mühe gebe, viel zu schreiben und die Usern zu helfen aber diese Plattform bekommt es nicht in die reihe, eine vernünftige oder besser gesagt eine Kompetente Moderation hinzubekommen. Ich werde mir nicht mehr die Zeit mit dieser Seite verschwenden, die meine Beiträge löscht und sie einfach nicht durchlässt.

The absolute worst platform for freedom of speech. Nothing but hate filled ILLEGAL censorship of American citizens. I was perma banned a couple of years ago for saying "Monkey see monkey do"! People need to go to prison...

The worst online platform ever. Won’t let you log in instead it just keeps on buffering.

Sometimes I use the website to check a that I use to make sure that it works then comment if people have the same problem as me but it keeps banned me from commenting for no reason. People working for Disqus really hate freedom of speech. Their censorship sucks.

The MAGA censoring is unbelievable. I can't understand why OANN.COM would use them for comments.

Terrible experience. I would strongly caution others.

I signed up for the free trial and entered my credit card details. After using the product for an hour, I realised it simply was not the right fit for our business. Not good or bad, just not for us.

When I went to cancel, I was surprised to find there was no option to do this within the product itself, unlike most legitimate SaaS tools. After some digging, I discovered you have to email the company directly to cancel.

They replied and confirmed the cancellation, but despite this, my card was still charged at the end of the month.

Business is hard for everyone, but a legitimate company should focus on building a great product and not taking money from people’s accounts after they have tried to cancel.

Extremely biased moderation. Anything they don't like is marked SPAM, or else they ban you for having a SPAM account. If it were possible to give NEGATIVE stars, I'd do it in a hearbeat...

Lo peor que he visto en mi vida, me das de todo para compartir las migas de pan y después me las quitas, no se puede ser tan rastrero e imperdonable. Si no te afecta todo el tema legal y tienes conciencia pues entonces no habrías perdido más de lo que hubieras ganado con la comunidad de series, suerte si consigues revivir tu página.

Trying to post messages sometimes can feel like playing the lotto. Lately there have been "thread closed" messages that amount to censorship. There was a time that links to various websites could be added to a message (to serve as documentation, for example, to demonstrate the credibility of statements made), but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The folks running that platform don't appear to be 'transparent' in their dealings.

Absolute dog dookie, disqus is like a bipolar friend that’s completely unreadable. They suddenly remove comments removing 2+ years of memories for many people. Not to mention the highly inappropriate ads they be allowing💀

Discus verification system does not work for me. It appears to be censorship, as I am a conservative.

I have been using Disqus for years for online comments. Two weeks ago, it would not allow me to comment, and whichever site I visited, it insisted that my email needed to be verified, offering a link to "send email". No matter how many times I clicked, no email was ever sent, and nothing was done.

When I attempted to find a Disqus customer service person to find out what was going on, all I could find was a list of FAQ and a bunch of off topic topics. There is apparently no way to reach a human at this site.

In order to get to Rogers to enter a complaint I have to go through disqus, I tried three times and it kept saying you've entered the wrong email address even though I entered three different email addresses. I have no idea what this application is supposed to do but for me it did nothing

I would give them minus 50 stars if I could. They are an Anti-conservative censorship site. They continually censor posts, may block your posts and REFUSE to provide you with an explanation as to why. Their “reviewers” must be “woke” liberals that live in their parent’s basements and sit in in their underwear on their computers. I don’t understand why a conservative website would use them to censor their readers.

Used to be excellent but it's gone far downhill in the past few years. Far too fiddly for far too little. I've Unsubscribed their email notifications.
