I ordered a product that never arrived. The phone number was listed on the site and it was a law enforcement agency. No response to email and the tracking number they provided was fake.

War Horse Pins
What a beautiful way to pay tribute to the forgotten War Horses. The pin is just large enough to notice but not oversized. Colours are subdued and the two clips(?) hold it securely in place. Thank you for advertising these pins as I had forgotten what a huge part these noble horses played during the wars!

Products are not made in the USA
They claim that their products are made in the USA when you get the tracking number it says it’s coming from Italy. It says that they ship quick and can get them within a few business days meanwhile we’re going on 60 days and I still haven’t received my product. They’re not responding to my request for a refund. Do not buy from these people they are frauds!!!!!

Immediate correction
I was very disappointed when my purchase arrived damaged. Customer support immediately offered to send a free replacement.
I have not received it yet but their urgency in correcting the situation was top notched.

Concern
At first, I was trepedacious about ordering this item as I had a previous bad experience using Facebook.
When item did not arrive, I was concerned this was going to happen again. I emailed Customer Service and they assured me they were not a scam and my order was on its way. It arrived a day later.
I am happy with the product and would trust this business again. Thank you for a good experience.

When I ordered this product it says it used to be a jar. Again I assumed it was glass! Wrong it is plastic. I ordered a blue bird and received a bee which its wings are broken.

Website is easy to navigate. Each time I visit the site most of the canvases I want are out of stock. I select let me know when back in stock however I never receive notifications. Quality is excellent.

It had described the drill pen as being for round or square but is only for round
It had described the drill pen as being one that would hold either square or round drills but it says on packaging it is for round only 🤔
Also these companies need to learn to put instructions on/with products they sell ( this is aimed at your company but also all outside the US companies as well)
Ive reached out for a refund, if I get that I would move up to 4 stars!! Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter

Buyer beware
Actual product is ok but it took forever to arrive (was shipped from China -UK-US) and I was charged way more than advertised probably due to shipping/tariffs that were not disclosed and just added at the end. Buyer beware.
