Like a number of other reviews here, I too have been cheated of what I ordered, which was the transmitter and receiver ... the former for the phone and latter for the TV or the like. The transmitter was not included. But a small USB cable (not an inclusion in the promotional video from which I ordered).
I made contact with their support via email. They maintained over a number of emails from me and responses in return, over the whole time they maintained that all goods were in the parcel sent.
Eventually, they offered compensation offers of 6 USD and subsequently 9 USD. That could be inferred as an admission of an error on their part.
This company is a scam,fraud, charlatan ... call it what you may. Avoid them at all costs or be fleeced.

Product arrived as per delivery info, but when opened transmitter missing, rendering product useless. Immediately notified company helpline who refused to believe package was not complete instead offering 3 dollars compensation

Very quick service, easy to order great price.

For weeks over YouTube, they were advertising a device that mirrors a person’s phone screen to the TV. and each HDMI transmitter to a receiver that plugs into a phone. I ordered two of these and after waiting what seemed like weeks and weeks my two devices finally came one for me and one for my sister, but no receivers a tiny box, cheap quality, and after about an hour of trying to get it to work without the receiver I gave up microscopic instructions that I literally needed to grab a magnifying glass for. I told soul trying about it and they kept coming back with: “We’ll l give you back $10 to compensate”… I said no, as instead, I want all of my money back!…
& then they came back with another email… “We’ll give you $12…. No!… We will give you $14 back, how does that sound?” Now I’m up to $18 back however I feel that they have no integrity or backing their products whatsoever. I would never use or recommend them to anyone!

Absolute junk, always read the reviews before you buy. Contacted customer support and the only wanna give me nine dollars back. Gave up on customer support and disputed.The transaction with my credit card company. Don't waste your time.Product is unstable and does not work as advertised!

I received only half of what I ordered. The transmitter portion was not in the box. I would like all the working pieces or a refund. Thank you

Absolutely avoid avoid complete joke of a company.. Do not buy anything from them.. Only sent half of the completely wrong thing.. Charged too much in the first place then took nearly a month to arrive to find out its completely the wrong item.. It was a phone screen mirroring device for my tv... Was advertised on YouTube.. I knew it was too good to be true...

Arrived quickly, and as advertised.

It took too long for shipping and when it arrived I only got half of what I ordered. Only the receiver came in the box with no transmitter. I tried contacting them but to no avail. Please refund my money and I'll try somewhere else unless you can send me the complete product which was advertised as a receiver and transmitter and cord for connection of cell phone. I think I just want a full refund to be happy with this transaction. Thank you.

It would have been exceptional but delivery was too long, even greater than what was promised. The product I received is as promised and I hope to use it often.

This device has not been nor will ever work. I've been had.

Product arrived but not working. No directions make no sense. Seems to have a part missing as connect for hdmi but doesn’t appear in Bluetooth or WiFi network regardless of what I try. Should be some sort of connection to iPhone to work. I plugged it in to see if it needs charging, then will try again

The instructions made installation very unclear. Only my background and knowledge allowed me to get it installed and running. Once running, the audio and video often fell out-of-sync with the cell phone. The image often locked-up and the audio dropped-out as well, even when the sender and receiver were less than 10 feet apart.

Took forever to receive my purchase.
I didn't know it was coming from Europe, I may not have purchased it had I known.
Shipping information was good.

An item was purchased from their website and I received a confirmation email with the correct description of the item that I had intended to purchase. The invoice was far more than I had expected with a very high tax being charged, but I overlooked the charge. The item took nearly a month to receive. Once getting the item it was not what I had intended on purchasing and definitely did not match the description per the invoice. I reached out to " Soletrying.com " and was told that the item they sent was correct, even though the description on their confirmation email does not match the item I received. This is a fraudulent bunch of theives, scamming the western markets , knowing that they can get away with their scam. The problem is once the understand that their website has been flagged as fraudulent, they close it down and open a new website under a different name.

Why is the price you charged my credit card higher than the price quoted ???

So finally after persuing a refund and atleast 3 weeks later i finally got one of two items i bought from them. I still don't understand how two items plus shipping came out to about 100$ seeing as how both were listed on sale marked down ,i dont have those number off hand but it was like 39$ marked down to 27 or 28$ for one and something comperable on the other but at check out somehow it was almost 50$ exactly for each item . Still waiting on the one item i received the most "up to date" package tracking info on ...maybe one day it will show up

Bought this on impulse but was surprised when it arrived cause really large size strong and solid ive not tried ut yet but im sure it'll be just great it arrived in strong cardboard box even the spike tgat connects its yo the groundbusbso strong its all really well made.

I was going to order the HDMI transmitter and receiver advertised for AU$41. Luckily I chose to use PayPal. However, when I was about to finalise the order, the price suddenly jumped to US$ and instead of the 41 Australian dollars it was US $38 which is about AU$57. And on top of that, the shipping and insurance were also in American dollars. I did not complete the purchase via PayPal and, after reading the reviews, I want nothing to do with this dishonest company. They have been offering 10% then 15% the 30% discount for me to complete the order, but what good is a 30% discount, if they only send the transmitter without the receiver or vice versa (See other reviews)
