Hi Tony, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We believe this review may have been intended for a different company. Displayit (displayit.com) sells portable trade show displays and exhibit solutions -- we don't perform retail fixture installation or removal services such as those referenced in your review.
You may be thinking of Displayit Inc (displayitinc.com), a separate company that specializes in branded environments and custom retail builds. We have no affiliation with them.
If this review was meant for them, we would appreciate you updating or removing it from our profile. If you have any questions or believe you did work with us, please reach out directly at sales@displayit.com -- we are happy to help sort this out.

DisplayIt did an exceptional job with displays we needed for a conference. The large 10x10 graphics were high quality, vivid, and very sturdy. The banner stands as well were exactly what we needed.
Marla, the representative who helped us was very courteous, knowledgable, and provided top-class service. Will certainly return to order from DisplayIt. Thank you!

Instability
The one issue with the product is that it lacks a certain stability. Some cross 'beams' would help to reduce the sway in the entire assembled structure.
