I placed my order on April 8th. The proof was approved on the 9th. The print date was not published. But the order was not shipped till April 18th. It took 9 days for you guys to ship it!

When I responded to the email regarding the update, I expressed disappointment, stating that I needed the stickers for an event on the 24th. The order wouldn't arrive till the 25th.

I get an automated response telling me:

According to the response, the production date is 7 days MAX. It took ya'll 9 days to ship my order!

I thought I'd give a new company a try and boy was I wrong. Back to Sticker Mule because, once my proofs were approved, I was advised my stickers would arrive in 8 (EIGHT) days. and I RECEIVED my stickers a day earlier!!!!! And here I am, stuck with your order, and I'm going to be 17 days in. I could have ordered twice with Sticker Mule in that time and still would have gotten them in time.

I can't even review the product yet!

I love ordering custom stickers from Sticky Brand. Their deals are always the best and the quality is great!

I had been ordering from Sticky Brand for months and was always happy with the quality, which is why I felt comfortable placing a much larger order recently. The order took longer than usual, but since it was a large batch, I didn’t think much of it at the time.

Unfortunately, when the order arrived, the quality was terrible. Every sticker appeared to be double printed. My characters had four eyes instead of two, the artwork was blurry, and the entire batch was completely unusable. I ended up with over 700 stickers that I cannot sell or use.
I contacted customer service immediately and initially tried to give them the opportunity to correct the issue. However, after a week of trying to reach them through email, phone calls, and voicemails, communication has essentially stopped. Their phone lines appear to be turned off, and I have received no meaningful response or resolution.

What is most disappointing is not just the printing error itself, but the lack of urgency and customer support afterward. Mistakes can happen with any company, but how those mistakes are handled matters. Based on my experience, if your order prints correctly, you may not have a problem, but if something goes wrong, do not expect reliable customer service or accountability.
I truly hoped to continue doing business with this company, but after this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I’ve ordered stickers for 6 years now. Everything is always amazing! My Campers love the stickers and the stickers actually outlive their water bottles every year!

Sticky Brand products are top quality and the website is easy to use. They make sure the customer is happy and provide a great product.

Cheap and good quality

When I uploaded my image, it did not appear it wasted a lot of time. . Only when I opened an account it appeared. How about mentioning that on the screen?

I don't really want to give a rating because I have not received the email of the proofs of the stickers I am ordering so I will give it a 3 for now and wait until I receive the stickers before giving another review.
