Awful customer service
I bought a mighty with the 4:20 promo. I received an amazing product for a great price BUT according to the promo they should have sent me some other freebies and they didn’t. I emailed them asking what happened and I never received a reply. I would have given more then 2 stars if only I had received a reply to my email cause the price of the mighty was amazing and the shipping time perfect.

We did try to make sure everyone got their freebies but unfortunately you did forget to add them to the basket on check out as did many people, we still did try to add these items for those that didn't remember to do this step.. Great Shop - Delivery to Austria worked flawlessly, included a tracking number and was very fast. Nice packaging (inside the neutral cardboard box) and there seem to be a lot of sales that include freebies :)

Don't hesitate, best vape and CBD shop around
Best service I have come to know, Dispensr is now pretty much the only place I l look for vapes (and CBD) nowadays.
They have the best prices around, deliver super fast, and continuously have promotions. In my last order I got 2 vapes for the price of one, and 2g of free cbd flower... how do they do it?!

Great service and they give a personal touch to their shipments. They also managed to deliver via DHL in 1 time success which is almost not possible imo.
In the shipent itself I got an nice customized extra product which the regular ones costs around 80 euros. They immediately got me hooked on that product which is very very good!
