I recently had an interaction with customer service that left me very happy. They were always happy to help and I reached out multiple times and they always replied and were very patient with me. Overall my experience with Disguised Research has been fenomenal and I’ll definitely keep purchasing from them.

An order of mine got lost in shipping, while I was very annoyed at first Chris from Disguised Alpha resolved this issue accordingly. I will note that the responses could've been faster but it was indeed resolved.

Couldn’t reccomend a company more than DA

Where to start. I had 4 orders with Disguised Alpha over the course of about 6 weeks. There was a problem on each and every one, either with shipping or payment. My first order went through immediatly and listed as shipped that same day. However fedex tracking says package not yet received, this went on for over a week before it shipped. Next order i place goes through but says i need to send proof of payment. I paid using a bank draft so I need to send them a copy of my bank records as proof. I do but with my information on my account redacted. I sent the email, but receive no response to it, but I do get an email saying the whole crew is going to Vegas! Almost an entire week before I hear back and that shipment lists as shipped, but once again FedEx does not show it shipped until days later. Third order same thing with having to prove that I paid them, by sending bank statements. Fourth purchase, I order on a buy 2 get 1 free peptide sale. This time my payment says processed but it doesn't actually go through my bank. I contact THEM, to say my payment did not go through. A few days later they just tell me to reorder the entire order, but use this code with 15% off, despite the sale being over, so for me to reorder the same products the total price is now a $100 more, I send two follow up emails asking for assistance with re-running my original order to maintain the original price and received no response to either. My final email I asked for then to just close my account. Just checked my account has not been closed. I spent over $1000 with them and promised to spend more. I guess that didn’t matter to Chris with customer support. I will not be ordering from them again. Also i did click in my account to please not send me promotional emails and yet I still receive them frequently, anyways.

I had some frustrating shipping issues, but Chris went above and beyond to make things right! He was incredibly kind, understanding, and generous with store credit for the inconvenience. He genuinely cares about his customers and made the entire experience so much better. Really appreciate everything, Chris! Highly recommend!

It has taken a week to get any movement on an order that went missing. It took 3 different emails to finally try and get a credit and when the assistance “chris” said the credit was in my account, twice, it was not.
Takes forever to get a response and if you do its the same generic one. This has made me look into using another company because it has been so frustrating.
Finally was addressed but still a very stressful and annoying situation.

Items got damaged in transportation. I paid for shipping protection, they offered 15% discount then said they would give store credit to replace the damaged item. Then when push came to shove they did not give store credit for the damaged goods

I’ve been ordering from Disguised Alpha for approximately 4 months. I love that all their products have COAs on their website. I also feel like their prices are better than a lot of competitors. Their customer service has been great as well. If I have an issue they get it fixed right away.
