Terrible Shipping policy. Order has been sitting as Label Created for multiple days and ordered 2nd Day AIr Shipping.

I’ve had nothing but great success with every order.Delivery is fast, product quality is on point and the prices are not in the stratosphere so blue collar guys such as myself can actually afford to try some of these new school things that are coming out without going in the poorhouse.

I ordered the 28th of September and since then my order has been on hold. I was asked for proof purchase so I sent them a copy of my bank statement. I have not heard anything since. I placed another order on the 30th of September to the UK which has turned up yesterday (6th Sept) I still don’t know where my order is from the 28th as no one is coming back to me. I have sent an email to someone called Chris. I have also sent two requests of the website and no response also. It’s a shame because the peptides are very high-quality and I love the brand. Unfortunately, the service I have received doesn’t reflect the quality of said brand. Shame.

Excellent products for research only and appear to have a positive effect on the research subject. Products arrive as promised and company offers legit deals. One pf my favorite suppliers. I always shop around for best deals.

The company is very personal to work with. I did a lot of research before ordering and felt very safe ordering from this company. I know they do the research. They are very down to earth and I trust their work. I received a handwritten note as a thank you. All of the products arrive quickly and intact. And everything that I have ordered works perfectly.

I have been getting the run around for weeks now about my store credit that was promised me. It takes them several days to respond back to emails and when they finally respond they ask the same question that I already answered before in previous questions. As a person that has purchased many items from them and have reached the VIP level I expect better customer service!

I really like the variety that disguised alpha has to offer. Their prices are a little higher, but the quality is top notch. They advertise 2 day shipping through FedEx, although my order did take 4 days total, it seems to be because the package was delayed in being picked up by FedEx. For quality and convenience, they are definitely a top choice.

Fast, quality, perfect

I ordered bac water from this company and though the shipping times were good, I received suspicious unlabeled vials of liquid in a bag that looks like someone off the street made them. They don’t look like the product image at all and customer service did not get back to me the same day. I don’t feel comfortable using this for any injections and I think this is seriously shady business practices as even bac water from amazon has had labels. I’m considering reporting this to the FDA.

Ordered my test products and they arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Researched to find US site I trusted that didn’t require crypto/bitcoin or seem shady. Was able to match COA to exact product from lab website. Some COAs seem older but if they are still selling from same batch/stock it’s fine. Reached out with question and response was in a couple days. Research materials and BAC water ordered included company logo, product name on product labels. Pined and happy to report they are working better than expected! Overall pleased and would purchase again.
