Wow what a great experience! I booked out car rental 18 months prior to our honeymoon and had realised the cost of the rental had dropped quite a bit.
I emailed across to Andy who had sent us the confirmation email asking if there was anything that can be done?
He couldn't have been more helpful, explained how I needed to do, through managing my booking and saved nearly £200.
In this day and age what a pleasant surprise to find, not only a cheap option, but also the service to back it up.

Absolutely brilliant service. Secured the best price by a country mile for us 9 months before we went and I am so glad the price was locked in. Then when we had some issues with car seats and late check outs Andy was diligent in emailing advice. Would highly recommend Andy and discount Florida. Superb

Brilliant service from start to finish. We were nightmare customers and Andy could not have done any more. They went above and beyond.

Recently myself and my family were in Florida when my dad was rushed into hospital with a bleed on the brain and spent a week in the ICU - Thankfully he is making a good recovery!

As a result we had to change our car bookings a number of times and we had booked through Andy at Discount Florida Car Hire! Following our experience, we cannot recommend Andy enough! Out of all the businesses we dealt with during this time, (travel insurance, accommodation, British Airways etc) Andy was by far the most professional, empathetic and helpful! We called their emergency number at 2.30am Orlando time and someone got back to us in 5 minutes! They went out of their way to help us, refund us, get us new deals etc! They were quite simply fantastic and I will never use another company in Florida again, now that I have seen first hand how well they helped us as a family and how exemplary their service is! We will always book through Andy from now on!

So if you are looking for car hire when you travel to Orlando next, I cannot recommend Andy enough! Not only was he a fantastic rate before all this happened, but his customer service was incredible and myself and my family are very thankful to them for all they did for us!!! They were nothing short of exceptional!

Nothing short of exceptional. Great communication, great process - I have absolutely no complaints at all. Everything pre holiday was so easy that I had a feeling it was too easy and it would all go south once we were there but no, the ease continued. And by far the best price we could obtain too. Will never use anyone else in future.

I heard about Andy though social media groups and I’m so glad I did. Sometimes when the price is so good you don’t expect incredible customer service but that’s what we got. Very clear communication. We had an issue where Budget charged us for something we didn’t agree to and Andy sorted this for us very quickly, ensuring we were refunded. Can’t recommend him and the company enough. Shopped around and DFCH was the best price I could find for an SUV with Alamo. Immediate dispatch of documents on receipt of full payment but you still retain the ability to cancel up to 48 hours before with a full refund, just in case.

At the airport, there was no hard sell, just the handing over of documentation to sign with a $0 balance and then given the key. Returning the car was just as easy.

Would highly recommend this broker to anyone.

Excellent Company. Just back from two week holiday in Florida and yet again this company has delivered on car hire. I have been going to Florida since the early 1990s. Normally car hire was arranged by myself or through travel agent. I began to notice a gradual increase in high pressure sales at the pick up desk at airport. The final straw was basically an act of fraud by the car hire rep. which took a lot of hassle to sort out. To cut a long story short we have used this company ever since have had no problems whatsoever. Andy is easy and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

Just back from florida 4/9/22 .This the first time I have used discount florida car hire .As anyone I was Dobious about using a new online hire companyI have never used before .But my fears have been Queshed Absolutely fantastic service from Andy for the car hire and Gary for the sat nav .Great savings and Great service well done guys . I can’t highly recommend them enough. I was meant to be flying to Florida on 28th September but due to hurricane Ian the flight was cancelled and rebooked for 2nd October. Andy went above and beyond to accommodate me and help in the situation. They use all the top car rental companies the process is super easy and if you see a cheaper price later it’s so easy to adjust it. I will certainly be using them again

Andy goes above and beyond for you when it comes to cars. He's always got me the car I wanted and he's super accommodating. When I woke up to a cancelled flight I had to change airport and date of my car and he managed to do it all for me with ease. I truly am grateful to him as without him my holiday wouldn't have started as well as it did.

If your needing car hire for your holiday. This is the best place to go. We have used Andy 4 times now. The first time we had 28 hour flight delay but Andy made sure our car was still available waiting for us. Alamo was great. The last time we used budget but the car broke down Andys customer service was fantastic at getting it refunded. 5 star service

The service we received from Discount Florida Car Hire was nothing short of fantastic. The communication was brilliant right from the start of the initial enquiry and continued even when we returned home from our holiday. The service is quick, informative and of a five star quality whilst the prices are very competitive and the booking process is seamless and swift. Andy in particular is superb and can’t do enough for his customers, nothing is too much trouble. We were billed extra by Alamo for a second driver, even though that was included in the rental agreement. We returned to the UK and started to panic we would have to sort it ourselves, from another country, over email, with a time difference, but Andy took it from us, communicated with Alamo directly, sorted it all out and we got a refund without having to do anything bar email a receipt. I can’t recommend this company enough.

What can I say about Andy and Louise from Discount Florida Car Hire, nothing but plaudits! From my initial enquiry to picking up my car in the US I have had nothing but exemplary service. The advice on what car to hire and explanation of all the hiring intricacies in the USA and the provision of the all important Sat Nav were second to none. This made the experience of a first time hire so easy for me and the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Very impressive service. With car hire you are always a bit worried about things going wrong or being scammed. We had nothing to worry about. We received an immediate response from Andy at discount Florida car hire from any email we sent and the pick up and drop off procedure over in Orlando was very easy. I have already recommended this company to a few of our friends. Prices are very competitive and as mentioned the service is first class.

Wow wow wow is all I can say - massive shout out to Andy and team for the advice not to take extras. Arrived late after delayed flight was tired and hertz tried convince me I wasn’t covered for theft and that I need get my fuel from them . I stuck to the advice Andy gave us and said no and she became irate and gave me my receipt saying hard luck then your not covered.. I was panicking a bit then when we got to villa I emailed Andy and he was straight back to me looked at my receipt and rental agreement for me and told me they where trying get me to take extras.. so phew no extra bill and no extras thanks to Andy. Fabulous service amazing informative and friendly and you won’t go wrong booking with these guys

I have used Andy for years - been to Florida 22 times ! Used Andy for the last 8 trips . He’s very helpful and prices are good. With some creativity and changing one long booking into 2 I saved £500 with Andy for Alamo minivan for 35 days. Highly recommend
