The ordering online experience was quick and easy. But when my husband went to collect it with the order number, the guy is the store was quite cheeky and wouldn't give him the order because we didn't have a receipt, which I hadn't been sent. He ended up sorting it and getting the receipt emailed over. But if I had the order which showed an order number and proof of payment, not sure what his problem was

Fast delivery to the isles, did have to pay a little extra but worth it for a quality product.

They delivered half the order but when I called they immediately recognised the issue and shipped (next day) the rest of the order with no quibbles.

Everything was easy from order to delivery , the guys who delivered were fantastic. Ty. Price was cheap compared to others I had a look at, originally ordered to pick it up but arrived and realised it wouldn’t fit in the car, asked for it to be delivered and it was all sorted within minutes and delivered the next day. Would highly recommend buying from directflooring. Seafield branch 👍

Genuinely really helpful staff with amazing customer service. The guys in the Aberdeen branch couldn't have been more helpful as I tried to organise purchase and fitting of flooring remotely. They gave me good advice, gave regular updates and went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly.

Not the best online ordering or contact experience (no order confirmation/no response to email). However, I finally spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful. Goods delivered to remote location via courier - on time.

Quick and easy good quality products

After placing my order onlin I received a call to ask what branch I would like to collect from but the computer systems between ordering online and branch are not compatable, pretty poor. Staff at collection were friendly and helpful.

Not friendly staff, confusing with different prices from online, not helpful at all to the customers who spend money in your business

Purchased floor boards
First off they only do curb side deliver so please beware as being a single mother with back problems I had to pay extra to get it up my flat
Then I realised my side boards were not included in order. Been trying to contact them for a refund or to send missing parts but they have gone silent

Never even chapped my door dumped the pallet at door and left had I not seen the lorry pull away would even have knew it was there

Ordering is made very easy, the delivery was fast, the delivery driver very polite and efficient.

Only suggestion is to inform in advance when a delivery is taking place just to ensure that one is in waiting for it. Fortunately someone was in to accept the goods but there could be nobody in so phoning of emailing the day before would be advisable.

Other than that, all perfect.
