Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I visited the Edinburgh store to purchase my wood flooring and the manager Keith was so helpful. He took me through the whole process from start to finish and really put my mind at ease. Thank you so much I'm delighted with my new floor.

AVOID!

As with many others, I placed an order for vinyl flooring, to the sum of £160. I tried dozens of times over a 3 week period to reach the company by phone, and no response to emails.

If anyone else has had this experience, I recommend reaching out to your bank. Barclays reverse charged this amount within just a few days of lodging my complaint with them.

…Surprise surprise, within 2 hours of having the money returned to my bank, I received an email from the company apologising for the delay and they were “experiencing some supplier issues”.

Smells of a scam. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID!

After a delivery issue involving the courier company, they were very quick to get it resolved,other part of the product arrived the next day.

Floor was fine, no complaints on the quality but payed 30 quid for a Tuesday delivery, took the day off work and it never came. When I phoned up they said it would come on Wednesday and they could see from my email it said Tuesday delivery so I wasn’t happy about that.

Great purchase, good value for money only down fall was lack of correspondence no email. I received a telephone call on the day of delivery to say they was 20 minutes away which wasn’t ideal as I was working. My teenage daughter had to let them in. We’ve used your company before where the delivery was pushed back a bit but the products were good and fairly priced so ordered again today for my daughters place and hope delivery is on time so we can get her settled in , thanks again , Mark .

Good communication from ordering to delivery.

The ordering process was smooth, but a missing item in the delivery required me to contact them and schedule another delivery date, which caused some inconvenience.

Flooring came within stated time. Great quality. Fitted really easily. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I bought flooring from this company, the flooring had a lifelong guarantee and therefore expensive, under 2 year the flooring started to move and warp although I have a new build and the floors are perfect. I complained on November and constant wait for replies to my emails to David Taylor the area manager he was going to send someone out to have a look but never did now he’s has practically said he’s not interested and if I want to go to citizens advice to do so.
If your thinking of buying from this company think again as if you have any snags they are not interested and just ignore you the area manager has no customer skills whatsoever.

The ordering was easy, delivery is kerbside so please note that if the driver doesn’t want to drop close to the house, you will be lifting all the packs which are on a pallet yourself! If you need to return any items forget it! They make it so difficult and costly to return anything so you give in and don’t!
