So you are advising that you are comfortable charging customers full price for missing ingredients and spoiled products? Where in your terms and conditions have I agreed to that?
Outside of the failure to cancel my subscription and your decision to proceed with sending my order despite me contacting you 72 hours prior, you have also supplied products that were missing or not fit for consumption.
Do you not see an issue with your response given these process failures and the evidence provided?
At this stage, I have reported this matter to the ACCC. I hope it is reviewed properly, as it may help other customers, particularly vulnerable consumers, who are experiencing similar issues.
@10:30pm. You colleague has failed to address the numerous issues and process failures I have raised. This is not good enough and reflects extremely poor customer service.
Sending customers spoiled ingredients, failing to provide all ingredients ordered, ignoring cancellation requests, and then demanding payment is simply unacceptable. I have also provided photographic evidence of the poor-quality produce received, yet this has not been properly acknowledged or addressed in your response.
I do not understand how your case manager considers this matter resolved or believes their response is acceptable. The response appears to ignore the key concerns I have repeatedly raised and fails to provide any meaningful accountability for the service failures experienced.
Update @9pm: I have just emailed back and your staff keep responding with the same repeated response without addressing all of my concerns. As such, I do not believe this is a genuine response or review of my complaint. It feels like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine attempt to understand and address the numerous issues I have raised.
I experienced ongoing issues with my order and customer service repeatedly refused to properly address or escalate my complaint. After leaving a review, someone from the company responded, appearing sympathetic and asking me to contact them via email. I sent several emails as requested and received no acknowledgement or response.
To make matters worse, my account has now been referred to debt collectors despite my unresolved complaint and repeated attempts to engage with the company.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before dealing with this company. The lack of customer service, communication, and complaint handling has been extremely disappointing.

I love that Dinnerly takes the stress out of meal planning and grocery shopping. For a neurodivergent person like myself, I find it much easier than going to the grocery store to buy dinner ingredients. The fresh produce is always in good condition and the condiments are in great portions. The meals are much tastier than I would cook myself because buying the condiments wouldn't be affordable for me if it wasn't for Dinnerly
Dinners are easy to prepare and I have had success with most meals where all three kids have enjoyed them - which to be honest is the ultimate test of any dinner meal! :)
Excellent quality of food
I absolutely love receiving my weekly box. It is delivered on time and efficiently. The contents are fresh, accurately accounted for and recipe print outs are often included! The meals I prepare are very tasty and offer variety of flavors.
Deliveries arrive on time. Dinners are pretty much always yummy and satisfying.
We got a chorizo and bean meal to make that we went to the shops to get more chorizo for as there was not enough in the box (thats the only time) Print cards for recipes do not always arrive. you have to get them off your laptop. Fruit, Veg, Meat always of a great standard.
Delivery was delivered on the curb of main road..
When complained, was pretty much told to get a new address... Looking for people with lack of commonsense, pick these guys!

When I started using Dinnerly it was great, convenient and good recipes. I have used a few meal kits and they were my favourite. In the past 6 months I have had nothing but trouble. Food missing, poor quality ingredients, poorly handled and damaged boxes so the food is spill everywhere and even not being delivered. I have made complaints to the company and they just send you a $5 credit but nothing is done. I have cancelled my subscription and will be looking elsewhere for something more reliable. Do not use this brand.

I tried Dinnerly but thought I would try another meal kit to compare so cancelled my subscription after recieving two meal kits. Once I cancelled though I couldn't retrieve the recipes for the last box I ordered unless I reactivated my account, so did this to retrieve my recipes then cancelled it again 2 days later, in the meantime another payment came out for a box I didn't want or ordered. I emailed help desk to get a refund for unwanted box and explained the difficulties I had retrieveing the recipes once account was cancelled which gave me no option but to reactivate my account briefly, but was told the 2nd cancellation was too late within the 6 days, so sorry but no refund. Really turned me off the way business was done and felt robbed and deceived by the "rules are rules" attitude of the person I dealt with even after explaining what happened and how this would put us behind financially. There was no good faith, or care for individual circumstances. So disappointing.

Nice choices especially for a vegetarian. Vegetables are fresh. Nice spices.
Terrible disappointed in the overall experience with Dinnerly. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Made an account and then deactivated it maybe 30 minutes later, thinking that would be the end of it. I was wrong. Dinnerly charged my account $26 for a box that I didn't order.
Anusha with customer service eventually cancelled the box but won't refund my money because I opened a dispute with PayPal over the fraudulent charges.
The box was cancelled so I'm not receiving the service. That means you refund the money Dinnerly!

sizes of ingredient items are getting smaller and smaller over the years I have been using Dinnerly, to the extent that I often now have to top up with ingredients I have had to buy from the supermarket or market. The portion sizes of fish are now so small it has become ridiculous and I am thinking of trying a different meal delivery service. Dinnerly - you need to lift your game.

There are a lot of things that I like about Dinnerly compared to other meal kits I've tried. The price is good, the recipes are easy and always delicious (we've never not liked one), there are always loads of dishes to chose from and communication from Dinnerly is really good. Couple of things that I'm not so happy with. The freshness of the veggies is not the best. By the end of the week the broccoli and asian greens are looking worse for wear. Also I've experienced a lot of missing items or recipe cards recently. It's not that big of a deal but when you get home from work and just want to cook you sort of just want everything there and ready. For example tonight I realized that no green curry paste had been sent for the green curry- they sent tomato paste instead 🙈. I just improvised with some other sauces but it wasn't the same. That said, any missed ingredient or recipe card is always credited for my next purchase, so that aspect of customer service is excellent.
So a little more care with the packing of boxes wouldn't hurt....
Every week delivery is late! And not just by the time slots! It’s a whole day!
So frustrated at missing a day and then having to go to the supermarket to purchase another 2 meals as when the box does finally get delivered it’s too late for my children to have dinner
Dinnerlys response is to credit $5 and try to speak to delivery driver which I doubt has happened as this is week in week out!
If you want a timely dinner service box look elsewhere
