I have never been let down by dp. Their quality and reliability is second to none.

Went back to this company after a good first experience however it’s been a waste of time 2nd time around. Ordered 100 worth of portfolio Wednesday 3rd a June as they promise 24 hr dispatch and I had a deadline I needed to meet. I asked them to confirm immediately that the pages will be printed correctly and this was confirmed mid morning Thursday 4th. Giving them plenty of time to print and dispatch on this day. I get an email to say they won’t be dispatched until Friday because I had asked them to just make sure the pages were right sounds simple right!!! So then as they are closing Friday 4th they let me know it’s still not being dispatched! At this point I ask them to send next day post to rectify their poor customer service or refund immediately. They then leave it until Monday 8th to tell me they’ve cancelled and will submit a refund request for 10 days! Wow what a joke so you guarantee a service you don’t deliver leave me wondering what’s happening and then cancel it rather than helping your customers by getting alternative same day post arrangements sorted because of your errors. Students do not rely on this service to get your work printed on time!!! Well the response was expected. You say I my order was delayed after asking for something that should come as standard procedure not as an extra service. I placed my order Wednesday which gave you two working days to print and post the item. On order it stated 24hrs dispatch. You delayed another day and then in the last hr email me to say it won’t be dispatched until the following Monday!!!! I respond asking for a same day dispatch via a depot or an immediate refund request. It’s then left until Monday afternoon to advise me again the item won’t be sent and you’ll issue a refund which I won’t get back for over a week. Your service is poor your communication is poor. When I ordered I also asked questions that were never answered they were just ignored. I have been to another supplier who was able to provide an online file checking service on ordering and offer next day delivery and thankfully they were able to complete this in the promised time. You could have cost me my degree with your incompetence. Whilst I appreciate you’re output level of work every job should be dealt with professionally not placed at the bottom of a queue. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide!!!!!!!!

Great service from start to finish and the end product (business cards) was of excellent quality. Having been to another printing company before finding Digital printing, and being very disappointed with the quality of what I received, I can't recommend these guys enough. The process was easy, excellent product and prompt friendly communication. I will be back for more orders!

I was in an emergency with limited time frame, to submit a project. Pixel Digital Printing came to my rescue, the project was printed on time and there were no mistakes, it was an excellent quality service.

We recently ordered two pop-up banners through Digital Printing UK, which were delivered promptly.

Upon arrival, there was a small scratch down the middle of one of the banners.

When we contacted the customer support team at DPUK with evidence of the scratch, they were more than happy to send out a replacement, no questions asked.

Definitely recommend.

Ordered some order of service cards for my brother's wedding through DP, and they came out fantastic. Amazing quality! I needed help with my order as well, because I got the sizing wrong and the customer service was so so good. Lovely people. I'll definitely be using them in the future

My order was confirmed on the 27 April. I wish I had known that they use Parcel Force, I would not have continued with the order. For an unknown reason parcel force was unable to deliver and my next delivery date is 6 May. Really poor and I have had to spend time and effort to get my posters. I hope they arrive.

I have used many of the online printers to print my greeting cards for my business. The results have been varied. Then I had my greeting cards printed by DIGITAL PRINTING and the results were consistently fantastic especially for the price. The card stock was beautiful and the colours were really punchy and completely accurate to my artwork.

I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Top quality printing, and put together with excellent covers and binding. And really quick delivery time as well.

High quality poster produced so promptly, which was surprising given its size - suitable for a large bus-stop display. Texture of paper was sturdy, so fit for purpose, and all the varied colours I’d selected were showcased in vibrant print.

Customer Service
I've been using them for three years now, and they have never disappointed. In fact, they go above and beyond. One of the orders, one of my staff members ordered a print that was very low quality, they contacted me immediately via email to let me know the print wouldn't look great and asked if we had a better quality file. Other places would have just printed it regardless of the quality, but they held the order. Their customer service was perfect, patient, and lovely.

Delivery
To add on, their delivery time is flawless. They have never actually missed a delivery date. Sometimes other companies add a few days to their estimated delivery, and while stuff might arrive early (which is good), I personally prefer parcels to arrive exactly on the day they're supposed to. Plus, knowing what the delivery time is going to be is perfect for businesses. Their express production/delivery speed is also very impressive as I've had to rush print jobs a few times.

Quality
I have only ordered leaflets and posters from them, but the quality is AMAZING. The fact that we can customise SO MUCH: paper thickness, coating, size and have recycled material for the paper is very cool. The price is very, very good. Especially for a small business like we are, it's completely affordable for us compared to other places that don't offer us half of the options.

Overall
A business I will forever keep returning to, as they can never go wrong!!!!

Items were printed well, promptly delivered and well -packaged

I've used lots of printers - their online platforms overly complicated, their submission guidelines opaque, their customer service disinterested, but Digital Printing was as easy as a quick one, two, three. Easy to get a price, submit the artwork and get a fast turnaround.

The best part? The quality of the final result - and the v nice touch of a little bag or haribo to put a smile on my face. So simple yet so effective!

I needed an order of service printing in 2 days. From the moment I found digital printing the service and price were excellent, they responded to my emails and calls and went above and beyond to offer the service I needed, and they delivered with such efficiency. I will definitely be using them again for my printing needs.

I ordered 2 A 6 saddle stitched booklets 1 was 20 off and the other 25 off. Both were delivered in good time and the results were excellent. I will use them again soon. The only drawback is while they print quickly the delivery can take 2 days.RJ
