Email spamming.

Scam avoid at all costs.

UPDATE:

You requested a removal of my review, why? You may have unsubscribed me but my experience is still genuine. I emailed you to ask to be unsubscribed and you didn't until I left you bad feedback here. My feedback stands, if you're doing this to me you are doing it to others. I have replied to Trust Pilot with the evidence of all the emails.
Stop email spamming people to email addresses you found on the internet! You make the companies you work for look very unprofessional.

These people having been spamming me for weeks. No idea where they got my contact info from (possibly LinkedIn). They've been aggressively trying to pitch me some golf club membership that's based in the UK (I'm not).

When I went to hit 'unsubscribe', GMail itself warned me that the link didn't seem safe, so I didn't click. Stop spamming random people already!

UPDATE: They've now requested more information from me - I received an email from Trustpilot saying my review 'might be removed' if I don't provide the extra info within 3 days. Very disappointing. How are people supposed to leave honest reviews if the reviewees can just force-remove reviews like this?

Why should I provide even more info than they already have - so they can harass me better? Also: please check other negative reviews; most of them have the exact same canned answer about not finding them - even the ones with much more distinct names than 'Nick'.

@DLM, how about you just stop signing people up to your spam newsletters unsolicited? Clearly, based on all the negative reviews you're getting, this is a widespread issue and not a 'me' problem. Voila - problem solved.

(UPDATE: Trustpilot verified my experience with receipts, so the review stays. And yet DLM are STILL trying to spam me. The nerve of some people!)

This actually made me laugh out loud. A digital marketing specialist is looking for a psychotherapist to pay to advertise at my local golf club. Would I like my branding on the flyover of a hole? Umm, no. I don't believe that this is genuine, and other reviews say that they have paid for advertising with clubs who have never heard of the company.

Georgia has delivered high class digital adverts for our business in a professional and timely manor. Very satisfied with the service provided!

Further to my previous posting.

We now have a small claims' court judgement in our favour against Digi Luxe Media for fees paid under an advertising contract and costs incurred. It was found proven the contract (relating to golf club advertising) was mis-represented and mis-sold based on a non-existent relationship with the club in question.
I will post an update if the debt is repaid.
In the meantime I advise all fishing emails from this company be disregarded.

Update 29th December 2023

No payment and no communication, which is much as expected.
I note the four company directors / shareholders have filed cessations from the company along with a PSC statement, so at least the spam mail should stop.
Watch out for offers from their companies Pinnacle Media Partnerships, Whole in 1 golf (Southern) Ltd, (UK) W1G Limited and Fusion Design. I have no evidence these companies will defraud you (as Digi-Luxe were proven to have defrauded us). Neither did I have evidence they would defraud us before we signed an advertising contract in good faith with Digi-Luxe.

Update 2/12/2023

If by "Transparent" you mean selling a product based on falsely claiming professional relationships with golf clubs, or refusing to refund the sum of £2704.06 by 4pm on December 22nd 2023 (Claim Number 407MC665, County Court Exeter) for fraudulent mis-selling of a contract then I agree.

If on the other hand you mean "allowing light to pass through so that objects behind can be distinctly seen" I am afraid I, other reviewers and a judge disagree.

Darren has emailed twice and 3 times now I have replied to him, not sure why it takes a week for them to reply even when you reply back straight away
I've never signed up to any emails and I've been in touch with the golf club in question and they have no idea who this company is

So for £25 a week for a partnership for 2 yrs not bad money if enough people get sucked into this scam

UPDATED IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE RECEIVED 2/01/24 - As you can't even spell my name correct says it all and no doubt you have an employee called Darren Lockwood on your books and you can get him to check his emails from 4th and 7th December,the same date his review was left and if you have someone over seeing Newark Golf Club then it shouldn't be to difficult to locate.

Happy New Year

Never subscribed to any mailing list, and yet getting spammed, clearly they are buying bulk mailing lists.
Of course I'll get the obligatory reply to this fully deserved review saying that i could click the unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, and yes I can, but then that's not the idea to have my email address sold and constantly having to click unsubscribe to all of the companies illegally buying them. Don't use em and I'll be contacting the golf course they are working with to let them know what I think also.

Update:
Correct, I didn't unsubscribe because I never subscribed in the first place. instead, I blocked your domain and wrote a review on here so that less businesses would be tempted to use your spam service for selling their advertising space on their golf courses, and therefore unknowingly fund spam.

Update:
They have applied to have this review removed by trust pilot. Why don't they Just stop sending unsolicited emails and then not get negative reviews? If trust pilot remove this review I won't trust them for any other company review in future.

we had Jordan design some artwork for advertising, fantastic is all i can say. Took all the information needed and came back within a few days above and beyond what we expected. fantastically presented and very professional looking, i would definitley recommend using these.

Very dodgy company, they spam people and buy lists.

Never ending spam. Day after day after day. Never even heard of this idiot, yet sends me spam endlessly. Just utterly loathe seeing his name in my inbox and spam folder. Just go away you utter scumbag.

Update April 2024, still spamming me, despite the nonsense reply. No I don't want to hear about your 'unique business partnership with a Local Management Consultant'. Get lost, you spamming scumbag. And the rave 5 star reviews from made-up 'customers' are fooling nobody

update - the usual nonsense from this type of spammer claiming they don’t know who you are and asking for more personal information in the hope you won’t do it and the review will be taken down - no luck this time

UPDATE. 15th October 2024 I see they have changed their name now to golf marketing agency, however, still spamming despite their previous promise I had been removed, as per their response above.

Great artwork from minimal content supplied. Would recommend for sure.

They create a great advert for my company, smart and on point.
Delivered exactly what they advertise, professionally.

As a company being bombarded with emails daily, even twice a day from Digi-Luxe Media I find it totally unacceptable they are naming our local golf club, yet the golf club has no knowledge of the services on offer.
I have spoken to a member of the same golf club that has confirmed there is no such advertising on the IG Members App.

DO NOT USE!

Promised advertising on an app, which we got but also promised exposure at the golf club itself and promotion to the clubs members.

None of this was delivered.

My bank actually blocked me from making the final payment to them due to suspicion of fraud, so I contacted the golf club who said they have no relationship with them, cannot book golf at the course and will never work with the company, nor had they heard of my company despite me "sponsoring" a hole.

After asking for clarity on all of this before I make final payment they've shut down and ignoring emails.

Now having to take legal action to recover the money.
