Even if you like playing golf
Even if you like playing golf, I would not recommend you sign up to this company, or at least read the T&C’s very carefully. It will tell you that you will need to give 7 days notice for getting a Tee time. Also make sure you get clear advice on what golf courses are available to you in your local area because they do disappear of the database of courses that are near to you on the booking forms. The one that I wanted to play at and only signed up for has now stopped its affiliate program so now I don’t have a local course to play at. They never gave me an alternative course or emailed me to inform me. They were very aggressive in their attempts to get me signed up. It has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and my wallet is very light after the experience.

The agreement entered into was clearly set out on a fixed-term basis with defined terms, including booking notice periods and access to the course network. These terms are provided prior to sign-up and confirmed as part of the onboarding process.
In relation to the course referenced in your review, we would like to clarify that certain venues may change availability due to decisions made by the golf clubs themselves regarding affiliate participation. Where this occurs, alternative arrangements are offered in line with the package terms. In this instance, the customer was also provided with additional exclusive rounds and alternatives negotiated as part of the membership benefits.
We do not accept the characterisation of our sales or support processes described in this review, nor the suggestion that services were not provided as agreed.
We have therefore reported this review to Trustpilot for investigation under their content guidelines on the basis that it does not represent a fair or genuine reflection of the customer experience.
We would welcome the opportunity to resolve any remaining concerns directly and ensure full clarity on the account and package deliverables.

Sold the dream yet delivered nothing!
Sold the dream, delivered absolutely nothing. Customer services none existent, no interest in resolving the issue! The issue being they had taken months worths of payments yet failed to provide a single piece of advertisement! Emails ignored for weeks going on months on end, along with numerous voicemails not returned.
Only finally getting a response after cancelling the direct debit to say this must be reinstated yet showing no willing to provide anything that has been paid for and or offer any explanation and refusal to process a refund for the services sold and not provided. Reported to the fraud team, avoid at all costs!

AVOID!!! Total Scam Artists
As the title would suggest these lot are absolute scam artists that prey on small businesses. Rope you into a credit agreement that is never mentioned at the point of sale, sell you the world and provide nothing but an overpriced advert in a golf club if they even actually have an association with the golf club in the first place.
Like many peoples experiences you'll see in the 1 star review section, we received a call from that sold us the world... We have received nothing of what was sold to us on the original call, no "account manager" support as "Mike" never replies to anything and now nor do their customer service team, No app guidance, no check ins, no nothing. I would have been about £200 cheaper contacting the golf course myself and asking them to advertise our company.... And would you believe it, we are almost a year into the agreement and we still haven't had a single lead from this alleged "Marketing Partnership"
Do your research people, they are run by the Brayshaw's who seem to be pro's at these sorts of businesses. As many have already pointed out, a little look into companies house shows they have done this for years under several different businesses, all of which have either changed name, dissolved or are currently being taken to court. The big contenders are:
> W1G LIMITED (formally Whole in 1 Golf LTD)
> Golf Marketing Agency LTD (formally Digi-luxe media LTD)
> Pinnacle Media Partnership Limited (formally The 19th Club Limited)
It looks like they may have been partial to the odd fake trust pilot review as well as you will see from many of their other "businesses" mention above, their trust pilot reviews are only 1 star and it looks suspiciously like all of their good reviews have been taken down... almost like they weren't legit review 🤔
How these sort of people get away with this is beyond me. There are even golf clubs warning people to stay away from them because they have no association with them but are claiming they do.

Echo'ing all the other 1 star reviews here as we're having an identical experience. We signed up, received absolutely nothing, gave notice that we would not be renewing over a month before the renewal date.
We are now being threatened with court action since we 'didnt give enough notice' per the terms and conditions that were hidden behind a hyperlink.
It is a completely illegal practice to not bring material clauses that commit a business to a multi-year, multi-thousand pound cost to the signers direct and overt attention.
We will be fighting this with our full weight. Avoid like the plague.

Currently going through the courts.
I asked Chris (Sales Proffessional) if I could play in competitions. This was on 10th Feb at 10:15 - to which his reply was "Yes, there are 16 rounds for you to use, there are no restrictions"
Full payment made at 10:24
Contracts and terms then sent through at 10:41 which didn't exclude competition play.
I complained, asking for a refund based on misrepresentations and having all the call log evidence - Amy (From The Golf Growth Group) also verbally stated firstly that "we'd never confirm being able to play in competitions" followed by "that if this was confirmed then this definately shouldn't have been confirmed" (transcripts also proved this, which i have through a SAR request)
The company state there is no evidence of false statements - yet the above have been sent through numerous times. The company also now state that i'm relying on interpretation of a few words "my 16 rounds - can I play in competitions" to which the response was "yes, they are yours to use, there are no restrictions" Payment was made during this call based on what was told to me (Vicarious Liability)
Amy's first callnto me was "Chris has been extremely clear duting his sales call" followed by - " i can see where there has been confusion"
The evidence is that black and white. This has been going on since 10th February 2026, where they hold £2,964 of my money

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read the reviews first, as many describe experiences very similar to my own.
In my experience, the two year deal I signed upto has been a complete scam since the day I signed up.
Lots of empty promises from promotional opportunities to ease of booking rounds of golf.
I found the booking process so difficult and frustrating that I was unable to make full use of what was being advertised as a benefit.
The customer service is no existent and when you do get some form of contact from them they are rude.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would not choose to work with them again. Prospective customers should look elsewhere.

Where do I start? I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read the 1- and 2-star reviews first, as many describe experiences very similar to my own.
In my experience, a number of promises made during the sales process simply did not materialise. The promotional opportunities and business contacts that I understood would be provided as part of the service never materialised either. One networking day with none of my target market which were promised. It was a waste of my time.
The golf-related benefits were equally disappointing. On multiple occasions, bookings did not appear to have been arranged as expected, and I found the booking process so difficult and frustrating that I was unable to make full use of what was being advertised as a benefit.
One of my biggest concerns has been the 24-month rolling contract. I was not aware of this term when I signed up, and having since read other reviews, it is clear that I am not the only customer who has raised concerns about how clearly this was communicated.
The company is now pursuing payment under this rolling contract and has indicated that legal action may be taken against my business. Rather than addressing the concerns repeatedly raised by numerous customers, my experience has been that the focus is on enforcing the contract.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would not choose to work with them again. Prospective customers should carefully review all contract terms and read the lower-rated reviews before making any commitment.

Absolute scumbags.
Contacted me repeatedly pressuring me to sign up.
I agreed without thinking, they signed me up for a credit agreement against my knowledge.
I immediately told them where to stick it and told them I wanted nothing more to do with them.
Fast forward one year, they are sending bailifs to my house to collect a bill of thousands of pounds for something I did not want!

Your agreement was entered into following discussions with our team and remains a valid contractual agreement. At no stage were you signed up to any finance or credit agreement without your knowledge, and we categorically reject that assertion.
Following the commencement of your agreement, you advised that you no longer wished to proceed. However, a change of mind after entering into a legally binding business-to-business contract does not invalidate that agreement. Despite numerous attempts to engage with you and resolve matters amicably, your contractual obligations remain outstanding.
For clarity, enforcement action is only considered where contractual sums remain unpaid after extensive correspondence and opportunities to resolve the matter.
The repeated use of the term "scumbags" is an abusive personal insult rather than a factual account of your experience. We consider this language to be in breach of Trustpilot's Content Guidelines and capable of causing unnecessary reputational and financial harm to our business.
