I had a gift card that needed to be updated - their systems had changed. There was a very insignificant balance on it but I can’t praise highly enough the customer care I received from Kristina in Diesel Customer Service. She went well beyond what I’d expected and arranged for the outdated voucher from their old system to be sent to her via An Post. Am absolute pleasure to deal with and Diesel should be proud to have such an outstanding member of staff.

I have a good experience with the Diesel brand, and if there was any problem they were very kind and responsive.

Bought a jumper among other items online on diesel.ie. After wearing a couple of times, the stiches under the arm pit, got open. Went to the Swords Diesel store and was treated like a criminal, as apparently I was begging for my rights (EU Consumer rights act 2022; The item was sent to the "Head Office" for my "case" to be reviewed. Over a week after, I had to call the store again, to be dealt with someone (refused to identify herself), who told me that there is no warranty on clothing!!?? and my jumper is no where to be seen. I contacted Diesel.com and I was told that they only have one official store in Ireland (Kildare) and all the others are of a different brand !!?? and they don't answer for these "cowboy stores". I was also told that this is not the first time they received complaints from Ireland, but they can only honour items purchased on official stores, which is not the case of all "Diesel" stores in Ireland, apart from the official one in Kildare. Be aware of these "official products from these stores and online purchases at diesel.ie.

The fact there was no quibbling, Kristina just resolved the issue very efficiently. I believe in the ethos that if something goes wrong in relation to a customer an opportunity opens up to wow the customer, Kristina done exactly that. I have been buying from the Diesel website for a few years, and excellent quality on all lines too. Recently 2 deliveries went missing and I contacted the Support Team. They were extremely helpful, and fully supportive and we tracked down the missing items, a delivery driver error. The support rep K. was so, so helpful and my deliveries were with me in a day. Absolutely amazing follow up and assistance from K. and she is a credit to the company. I just hope that the company can see the worth in this person, and indeed all of her team, she flew the flag amazingly. I would not only recommend the Diesel line, for price and quality but also commend the company for having such great personal support staff. Excellent work by all. 👌

My wife and i went to Diesel to shop for jeans for me. I have always hated shopping. However,this was a most pleasant experience. Due to the kind, pleasant and helpful staff. I didn't get their names. One was a lovely young girl from Dublin. The other girl Mexican, but living in Dublin. We were both so impressed with how they both dealt with us. They are both a great asset to their employer.

Bought €90 worth of stuff and they then charged me for a PAPER BAG? . Only the items were for someone else I would have told them to keep it and walked out. Disgusting

Good quality clothing and efficient service.

My son bought me a Diesel top as a gift, it was not my style nor my size. I brought it back, with labels attached, to the only store in Galway (where he bought it). I chose a different top (both were from the new season) in a smaller size, the same value. I asked if I could exchange one for the other and was told no. I went online to their customer service and after almost a month I was told I needed a receipt, which I explained from the start I did not have. They did not help and I have a top in a bag two sizes too big that I will never wear. Their customer service is terrible.
