I had to return the jacket as it was too big. Very easy returns service and no charge to return.
It runs large, reordered. I got the small which is still a little big. I’m a size 10 normally. Plenty space for hoody. Very cosy & warm so keeping.

Kay in customer service went to extreme measures to get me a fleece I wanted, but had sold out online. She contacted all the stores to see if there were any more available and sourced one for me! She kept me updated via email, and when she received the fleece she put arrangements in place to get it to me. She was extremely helpful and put a great deal of effort into finding the fleece for me and getting it to me. Thank you Kay!

Very bad customer service. One in square in tallaght has several very young staff and very rude, they need a customer service training.

First time ordering from Diesel and how happy am I. The quality and the best true to size fitting I ever received. I will definitely be ordering here again. Great sale prices aswell. Jeans.. jumper.. T Shirt. And the Skirt are beautiful on.

I went to buy a present to my friend at diesel in city center (Limerick) and all I wanted now was my money back coz I regretted to buy there. After one staff(woman) was so rude and impolite.

Busy days during these times in the shops and YES it is important how your customer feels while buying, and where they will spend money. Go to BLANCHARDSTOWN Shopping Centre into DIESEL shop. Good quality items for lower prices (20%off). Very nice and helpful staff, working with big smile and quick hands. Especially thanks for a young girl at fitting rooms, she helped to find the right junior sizes for our kids in the family, and to lovely Theo, who helped with T shirts for men. They were very flexible and helpful to get the size from the back. Lovely Holidays to Everyone

Excellent and helpful staff..Had to exchange tee shirts for smaller size,girl couldn't have been more pleasant.The shop was busy at the time and there was a problem with the til..However she was calm , polite and efficient throughout .
I actually bought a fleece for myself while waiting .All your staff are enthusiastic and friendly,which is very rare in today's retail environment.

I ordered a set of jeans on 29th October. Fast forward 2nd December, I still don't have the jeans and Diesel are refusing to provide them or refund me.
They say UPS left the parcel on my doorstep, however it was not signed for. I have no idea if this is true or not, but either way - I don't have my jeans and Diesel cannot provide proof of delivery i.e a signature. We are stuck in Limbo without them seeming to care about the fact they are infringement of the consumer rights act 2015.
