The fact there was no quibbling, Kristina just resolved the issue very efficiently. I believe in the ethos that if something goes wrong in relation to a customer an opportunity opens up to wow the customer, Kristina done exactly that. Thank you and I look forward to ordering more items in the future.

I have been buying from the Diesel website for a few years, and excellent quality on all lines too. Recently 2 deliveries went missing and I contacted the Support Team. They were extremely helpful, and fully supportive and we tracked down the missing items, a delivery driver error. The support rep K. was so, so helpful and my deliveries were with me in a day. Absolutely amazing follow up and assistance from K. and she is a credit to the company. I just hope that the company can see the worth in this person, and indeed all of her team, she flew the flag amazingly. I would not only recommend the Diesel line, for price and quality but also commend the company for having such great personal support staff. Excellent work by all. 👌

My wife and i went to Diesel to shop for jeans for me. I have always hated shopping. However,this was a most pleasant experience. Due to the kind, pleasant and helpful staff. I didn't get their names. One was a lovely young girl from Dublin. The other girl Mexican, but living in Dublin. We were both so impressed with how they both dealt with us. They are both a great asset to their employer.

Bought €90 worth of stuff and they then charged me for a PAPER BAG? . Only the items were for someone else I would have told them to keep it and walked out. Disgusting

My son bought me a Diesel top as a gift, it was not my style nor my size. I brought it back, with labels attached, to the only store in Galway (where he bought it). I chose a different top (both were from the new season) in a smaller size, the same value. I asked if I could exchange one for the other and was told no. I went online to their customer service and after almost a month I was told I needed a receipt, which I explained from the start I did not have. They did not help and I have a top in a bag two sizes too big that I will never wear. Their customer service is terrible.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this store (Blanchardstown shopping centre)because of Teo she’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. It makes a big difference when someone goes the extra mile, and she definitely does.She helped me pick up 2 very nice t-shirts because I was struggling and didn’t exactly know what I wanted.Highly recommend,I think every store needs a Teo!

Akansha at Blanchardstown shopping centre was so helpful. It was one of the best experiences I had in a clothes shop in a long time, she spent the time to help me and my son and I will highly recommend

I've bought many t-shirts, jackets, knitwears, sweatshirts, shirts over last few years and today I got to know that it's fake, not the original Diesel. They did not put any declaration.

Size totally different to a current pair even though they should be the same
Musty smell off one pair of denims and had to be washed on receipt
Won’t be ordering on line again

Once I ordered delivery was quick, Quality second to none, so soft and good length as alot of them are short as I am 5.7, very happy customer , thank you Diesel
