Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service, this really is the benchmark. I spoke with Danny who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and ensured it was a smooth process, updating me when it was dispatched and calling on the day of delivery to ensure it had arrived and that I was happy. It really doesn’t get any better or satisfying. I will have no hesitation in recommending DWL to family/friends and returning for another watch.

Best place to get your luxury watch in London!
Danny and his team are truly top notch! They have years of experience working with High end luxury watches. Their level of service is second to none. They have some of the best selection of watches in the UK, and without a shadow of a doubt, I would feel very comfortable transacting with them again. Highly recommend it to anybody, looking to add a luxury watch to the collection.

What a great place to buy a watch in london, spending money on a high value watch can feel daunting, however danny and he’s colleagues made me feel welcome and safe and sized up the watch for me in house as well as showed me some other pieces I was interested in!

Incredible service
Diamond Watches London recently sold a watch for me. Funds for the watch were received on the same day the the watch sold. Danny and the guys at DWL were exceptionally helpful throughout the process.
