I was recommended to go and see Danny at Diamond Watches London by a friend who had purchased from him previously. After having gone to a few jewellery stores in Hatton Garden to try and sell some of my Cartier jewellery, I was disappointed by the poor customer service I received and how they all tried to take advantage of me by offering next to nothing for my jewellery. I decided to take my friend’s advice and go for a consultation with Danny at the flagship store in the Burlington Arcade. I was stunned when I saw the outside of the store and completely in awe when I walked in. The ambience was nothing short of perfect. The store was luxurious, felt peaceful, and the interior was to die for. I felt completely safe and welcomed with open arms. Everyone had a smile on their face and Danny immediately invited me to sit down and asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I went for a Fiji water and later, Danny even got me a coffee from next door. We proceeded to go through my Cartier jewellery and Danny was extremely honest and forthcoming about how much I could have both my Cartier ring and Cartier bracelet sold for. I loved his kind demeanour and he was very informative but transparent. It felt like I was talking to a friend and didn’t feel transactional whatsoever. I was extremely happy with Danny’s offer and agreed to sell to him. He was quick to start the process and I felt completely at ease the entire time. I received the money straight away and I can honestly say, I’ve never been happier. Danny’s knowledge of the luxury jewellery market and his expertise are second to none and I will only ever go to see him should I want to buy or sell anything else. Sublime customer service from the moment I walked in the door the whole team was very helpful giving me information on a few different watches and what would be good investment.

The perfect wedding gift for my partner! After contacting Danny to purchase a watch from the Broadcast, it had unfortunately sold however Danny immediately offered an alternative watch that was too good to turn down.
