I am a loyal customer of my favourite online jewellery store called: Diamond Factory.

Great Sparkly Diamond pieces (have ordered solitaire rings and earrings) with Perfect Craftsmanship always, never disappointed with any of them.

I have made 6 solitaire diamond items from the Diamond Factory for the last 3 years, I’m really excited to receive them and to wear them every single weekend.

I am so fortunate to have found my favourite online diamond jewellery store. They are not only stunning and sparkly pieces but great customer service as well.

Will continue spoiling myself to come.

Quality of diamond perfect , design perfect
They only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is that I had to enquirer about the order as there was no correspondence after I placed the order .
Normally I received a confirmation , progress and finalisation of completion and for some reason this didn’t happen .
Need to note customise service was very helpful though .

Poor communication, incorrect size delivered Z vs Z1/2, rings scuffed on inside. Luckily I dont intend on purchasing an engagement or wedding ring again but if I had too I would take my business elsewhere.

The ring I received was just what I ordered, it was fantastic

Poor quality. The screw in backing actually came off. Luckily I noticed this before the earring itself dropped out of my ear.

When I contacted them to advise I was told to bring the earring to a store and that I’d have to PAY for 2 new backings.

This was less than 2 months post purchase, mind you.

Unacceptable and I do not recommend.

I have both my engagement and wedding rings for you, I find them both stunning. I love them.

Do yourself a favour and do not shop here, it is not worth the headache!
They sized my fiancé’s ring and also offered free engraving, which we accepted. We were allowed one free resize if it ended up being too big or too small. The ring seemed okay when we collected it, but after wearing it a little longer, his finger started to go red. So we went back to get it resized. We had to go elsewhere to get proper advice on choosing the ideal size as well, they should be equipped and knowledgeable enough to measure the correct ring size. After waiting several weeks, I followed up since I had not heard anything and I was told it had not been remade because they were disputing whether they can resize a custom ring that had been engraved - we were not made aware that you cannot resize a custom or engraved ring at any point during our appointments. If we had of known this we wouldn’t have chosen it nor had the engraving done just in case. Then they accused us of scratching the ring and refused to remake it without paying for another one! We had that ring for a week (only because we couldn’t find time to drop it off earlier during the week since we both work full time), but my fiancé only wore it twice: on two separate days, and only for about 15-20 minutes each time, and did not do anything that could have caused any markings on the ring. Those accusations were completely unjust and just a ploy to get out of remaking it, in my opinion. We waited several weeks again after they reluctantly agreed to remake it, only to be told they remade it but at the previous incorrect size! Again, I think they forgot to send the order or purposely delayed our order for whatever reason. I wanted to be organised and have the wedding bands done well ahead of time but I ended up picking it up only 2.5 months out from the wedding. Thank God I started this process when I did, otherwise we wouldn’t have had a ring to exchange on our wedding day! I didn’t think organising our wedding bands would be the most stressful part of our wedding planning, but unfortunately it was. We deeply regret choosing this company.

there was no communication after I paid for the item, I did not know it was coming until it turned up, no official receipt nothing. then I received the item with no paperwork, no receipt, no certificate of authenticity........nothing. the diamond earrings I bought look nice but could be cubic zirconia for all I know

Ring was nice. It just I was thinking Being a Australian I would of be getting the ring from a Australia not shipped from India?

The pearl and diamond pendant was absolutely beautiful, just as pictured and my daughter loved it. The price was excellent as well.
