The lack of communication was very frustrating. If you have completed the online order, the customer support on call have no visibility of your order and can not (or will not) help you. When I logged my issue via email, it took more than a month to get a response. Before purchase, there's no way to have a look at the item in person to get the estimate of sizing etc. For fine jewellery that requires a massive investment, this has been a very poor experience

Sales person was very helpful and not pushy at all, great advice and very happy with the end product.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with DiamondFactory.com.au. After paying in full for my order, communication completely stopped. There were no updates, no confirmation of dispatch, and no tracking information provided. The item simply arrived without any prior notice, which was both confusing and concerning given the value of the purchase.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of documentation. There was no official receipt emailed or included in the package, no valuation, and no certificate of authenticity for the emerald and diamonds. For a company selling fine jewellery, this is unacceptable. Purchasing emerald and diamond earrings should come with proper certification and paperwork to verify what you are actually buying.
I tried calling 4 x and each time it went to a recorded message, redirecting me to either  the FAQ's ( of no assistance whatsoever) or that they were closed (during normal BH!) and try again later.
While the earrings themselves look nice, . Without any supporting documentation, there is zero reassurance about quality or authenticity. The package came from India and are not locally manufactured. I have no way of knowing whether they are genuine emerald and diamonds or something else entirely, such as cubic zirconia
Overall, the lack of communication, transparency, and basic professional documentation has left me with very little confidence in this company. I would not recommend purchasing from DiamondFactory.com.au based on my experience

We couldn't view any rings on the day we put the order in. My ring was perfect, even better than expected!

The ability to choose amount of gold ct, diamond size and clip or screw backing is awesome. The price is clear when making these changes. The price is comparable if not better than most other jewellery shops.

The team are amazing to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The entire process from appointment to ordering and delivery was effortless. Highly recommend any jewellery from Diamond Factory

I purchased a wedding band for over $1000 dollars, it never arrived so they told me to report it lost/ stolen and it has been months since hearing anything. I have had to buy a new wedding band as my wedding is days away. I’m not aware of whose fault this was either the company or the delivery service they use. Either way I’m down $1000+ dollars plus the money I had to spend on a new ring. Very poor for such expensive prices and no guarantee it’s ever going to arrive. Australia.

My 1-carat D VVS2 stud earrings are stunning! I did call a couple of times to discuss settings and the staff were great. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Also purchased a 2 carat D VVS2 2-carat LG diamond ring and that is truly beautiful. Took it to a local jeweller who was very impressed. 😅 Great value for money. About half the price of they were in a retail shop! Crazy to buy any other way.
