Diamond Home Support Anmeldelser

I reached out to diamond home support to help me maintain a calm house while I work from home. The process was easy to speak with them and arrange an initial visit, and from there I used their services for 10 months until a relocation. Nikki has been fantastic and eased my daily stresses of feeling overwhelmed with general housework, thank you!

There are numerous reasons why I've given Diamond Home Support a 5 star rating. My first interaction was with Lynda who is just amazing! She's professional, thoughtful to individual circumstance and very very honest (refused to take no for an answer when I said she didn't have to credit me for a week due to last minute circumstances meaning I may miss a weeks clean)! Then of course THE CLEANERS! I can't really call them that as to me my gorgeous lady Sylvia has become like a member of the family. Exceptionally trustworthy, someone who I'm happy to leave in the house when I'm not there, but again just a wonderful caring person. Her husband or son sometimes come with her and they are just as lovely and hard working. Of course you want to hear about the cleaning aspect :-) I'm so so happy with how lovely, clean and fresh my house is after Sylvia has been. We've recently had some building work done, so some of the normal cleaning wasn't necessary, Sylvia went above and beyond to make sure that other bits around the house were done that weren't part of what I would class as her job. I can't honestly say a bad word about any of the other cleaners that have come when Sylvia is on holiday, they are all so attentive to everything they do. Do yourself a favour and get signed up with Lynda and her team, you certainly won't regret it!

Always reliable and excellent at arranging a cleaner that matches me and my family’s needs.

Diamond home support have been cleaning our house for a few years now and have always been excellent - reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. Highly recommended!

I’ve had excellent service from Lynda. The cleaners she sends are very good and if they are unwell, she will organise a replacement. Smooth service. Recommend.

Simone is a wonder! She thoroughly cleans our home and leaves it sparkling and smelling fresh. She is reliable and very hard-working. Thank you.

Excellent service. Reliable and easy to get in touch with Lynda who arranges a regular cleaner to come and do a domestic weekly clean for us. Whenever we have a problem Lynda has been quick to respond and address the query/concern. She also arranges cover when our regular cleaner is away. I would recommend this company for their reliable and good cleaning services.

Great service and back-up provided when your regular cleaner is unavailable...

We have used Diamond Home Support for 5 years now, Lynda is fantastic at finding the best cleaner to suit your needs, and responsive in communications. We had an accidental breakage in the bathroom and it was a very straightforward process to get the costs covered via Lynda and made me appreciate having gone through an agency.

Lynda Stewart has made finding help with cleaning a smooth and easy affair- very responsive. I've been really impressed with the professionalism of her crew who are friendly, flexible and efficient. Good company!

Thank you Diamond Home.

I'm a grumpy old man, here in Cornwall. I had been trying to get someone to make my bed and do the housework for at least twelve months after moving into sheltered housing due to a stroke. Everyone was fully booked, but then I luckily came across Diamond. I was very surprised just how friendly thay are. I always have the same lady come, with a smile on her face. She's been coming round now quite a few months, so, thanks Tippy.

Very accommodating trusting and provide a great service around needs and wants.

Our cleaner is fantastic. Very thorough and nothing is too much trouble for her. We are very satisfied with the service.

Diamond Home Support is very good at what they do. I rely on them to support my dad and they give me peace of mind knowing that he is well cared for and supported to continue to live in his own home.

My cleaner is punctual. No wasting time and gets on with the job. Very happy with heswrvice.

I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism from Margy who i spoke to, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s a shame, as I expected better service. I would suggest that they reconsider their staff training and standards before continuing to take on clients.

Payment Request Before Completion: We were taken aback when you requested payment prior to the completion of the job. As a customer, we expect payment to be made once the work has been thoroughly completed and inspected.

Unacceptable Cleaning Standards: After inspecting the property myself, I found that only one room had been vacuumed within the three-hour window. This does not meet the expectations set for the service, and given the time spent, the results were not satisfactory.

Smoking in the Property: Furthermore, I was alarmed to discover that your cleaner was smoking inside the property during the cleaning session. This has unfortunately resulted in a strong lingering smell of smoke throughout the house, which is highly concerning and unacceptable.
