Diamond Home Support Anmeldelser

Fantastic

The cleaners they send out are fantastic, always so hard working, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am always kept up to date with any changes and I have no problem contacting them on the rare occasion I have needed to contact them. I cannot recommend them enough

Worst experience with any company. Did not answer concerns and only had unreasonable response when seeking feedback re they claimed had confirmed contract and direct debit, had not happened when asked for feedback and several calls just received resulting email. With just trying to organise for cleaner but would not use them again.

Diamond support arranged for me to meet one of their team of cleaners. She lived locally, is highly efficient and discreet and has been a great addition to our home team!! It is lovely to know that I can leave her to get on with the job - no fuss, no bother, spot on. She is also very pleasant and has been with us since before I went into Hospital in September 2024. I did not expect still to have her with me almost a year later (It is now August 2025) but she is invaluable. A really good match made by Diamond Home support. I shall not give her name in case you take her from me!!

In my experience staff are very friendly, very efficient, honest and trustworthy. I would recommend Diamond Home Support.

Managed to get a cleaner quickly, we were happy with the one we got assigned. They always came on time and did a good job

Unfortunately our cleaner was unable to continue working, so now we have to wait for diamond home support to find a replacement. The only down side is we have no idea how long that will take, but i'm confident the one thye do find will be of high quality.

It is quite nice to have them take care of the admin side of finding a cleaner, often its quite hard to find people.

I have been a client since late 2023, the pricing is just right for me as I am a disabled pensioner.

The lady who comes every fortnight is wonderful, does what she is supposed to do and then some, she has been my only one since I came to the company, I really do not know what I would do without her.

Paying the company is by DD monthly, and paying Karen by bank transfer, easy.
If you need help, ask Plamen the gentleman in charge, if he can help you to provide for your needs he will go all out to make you happy.

I am so happy I was given their phone number. Thank you.

Very efficient service, excellent staff

Reliable, hard working & friendly couple

Punctual, efficient, thorough, effective and really polite and friendly.

I loved having my cleaner she was amazing, flexible, friendly and did a brilliant clean every time. Diamond home support was easy to use and affordable. Thank you

Linda had taken all of the admin out of finding and arranging cleaning services for our house. I appreciated that she came to meet us face to face to discuss our needs, and she is really responsive whenever we have a query

Cornwall Diamond home support are a first class company who really do care about their customers, they carefully choose staff to suit the needs of the person requiring help and really listen to peoples needs. I couldn't be happier with the ongoing experience and long may it continue! Ian P.

We were really impressed with the initial and subsequent communication with Nikki at Diamond Cleaning in Rossendale. She found us a cleaner that was suited to what we required for our family. Our cleaner has been fantastic both on a personal level with members of the family (and our dog) as well as professionally. She cleans our house to a very high standard and I can always tell when she has been as soon as I walk through the door. I thought it would feel strange having someone I didn’t know in the house but I needn’t have worried. The cleaner was friendly, hard working and trustworthy, I would definitely recommend Diamond Home Support in Rossendale, they are a very reliable and professional business to use.

Thoroughly recommend Diamond Home Support in North Cornwall. They provided a few cleaners for my mother, were always happy to listen and keen to help. When we did have a problem with a cleaner, they couldn't have been better, providing a replacement within days. The cleaners all got on well with my mother, the quality of the cleans was good and the back room staff were great.

My cleaner is helpful and willing to tackle some difficult jobs.
Tavistock

Very happy with cleaning lady. She is excellent. So reliable and a professional

It is all about the front-line staff or, more specifically, how good your cleaner is. We have Jen, who is just fabulous. Ably managed from the centre by Lynda.

The Callington and Tavistock office have always been very helpful, supplied excellent cleaners and dealt with any minor issues promptly.
