We made a claim with Diamondbrite after bird lime caused damage to the ceramic coating on our car. It was a simple process. Alex came, assessed the damage and was able to restore the finish. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and even gave us advice about other products available in the range, to use on our second car. We can't thank him enough. On another note, we'd like to say how lovely his hair is, his perm is second to none!

From selection of the products that i wanted, especially the 2 for 1 offer of the waterless wash and wax, delivery was within 48 hours and all products were accounted for. All quickly used on the car, with the Graphene Pro Detailer giving a super shine.

Really impressed with Scott, who came out to repair my passenger seat after it suffered water damage. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job restoring the seat.

He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was completed properly. The seat looks great again, and I’m really happy with the result.

We were delighted with the service received when, like a previous reviewer, we made a claim to rectify some surface damage caused by bird droppings. We received a fast response to emails and the claim was accepted with no fuss or hassle. Alex visited this morning as planned, for what we expected to be an assessment of the damage, but he was able to rectify it completely on the spot, without needing a visit to the workshop. Alex was pleasant, informative and very efficient and we're very happy with the end result as it looks like new again!

I must admit that I was a little sceptical at first but as the product (Xpress Wash and Wax )was buy one get one free, I decided to purchase a couple of bottles (plus 2 free), to avoid having to pay postage.

I’m glad I did, as this product is amazing! I hadn’t washed my car for 6 weeks or so, as I was conscious of not wasting water in the current drought conditions, so the car was quite dirty but Xpress Wash and Wax did the trick.

Washing the car is one of those jobs I do reluctantly but I must admit, I quite enjoyed using this product, instead of constantly filling up buckets of water and the finish was great. Thanks Diamondbrite!

Just one tip though. Have a good supply of Microfibre clothes available as I got through 8 but my car was dirty!

I was able to make a claim to Diamondbrite after my car experienced bird mess damage during the extreme weather conditions. I received an efficient response and a visit from Paul who assessed the damage and took photos. In no time at all the car was booked into a body shop and the damage repaired. Finally Paul returned to re-apply the product. Excellent pain free customer service. Thank you.

Excellent products

I recently purchased the waterless wash and wax and I have to admit although I never thought this would work I have been more than pleasantly surprised. They shine on my vehicle after just one application was amazing. This will definitely be one of my preferred products in the future.

Always very happy with Diamondbrite products and service.. but the delivery service from DHL is a bit to be desired. They don't do as they say. Maybe if they paid attention more things would go smoothly.
But overall Diamondbrite are fab. Thank you

The 'Xpress Wash and Wax' is so easy to use. It leaves a deep shine with minimal effort.
Also good value promo at he moment-two for one.

This review isn’t particularly about the DiamondBrite products, although I think they are very good quality; my review is about an employee Peter the DiamondBrite sales engineer from Stockport. I was struggling to have a car wing recoated after being resprayed, DiamondBrite passed me Peter’s number and he sorted me out.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. When purchasing our motorhome we took the option of having Diamondbrite protection on both the exterior and interior surfaces. It was mainly to protect the exterior from the outside elements (ie bird droppings). However after an entire glass of red wine was spilt over the interior cushions it became clear I had to see if their guarantee was as good as their promotional material.

After a call was made to register my claim I received a call from Terry Lee who made arrangements to visit and clean the offending wine. Contacted me again the day before to confirm expected time of arrival. After he had cleaned he wasn’t happy with the slight red tinge. Agreed he would contact a local dealer to source the use of an aqua wash machine. This did not work out so it was suggested by Terry he pick up the cushions, take to the factory where they would clean and bring back in sufficient time for me to go away in the van. I was kept informed every step of the way. Terry was extremely professional, yet approachable, offering solutions to bring our cushions back to pristine condition. No question of well we might be able/ or perhaps we could... A definite don’t worry we will sort this . All the excellent reviews on this site are very much justified. Elliott was a stirling example of courtesy and professionalism. Did a good job of the repair to the bird lime damage to the paint on a panel of the car; he also talked me through the process and described other ways I could look after the paintwork in the long run. Cannot fault Diamondbrite for how they responded to my claim.
