I have had occasion to pursue a claim under the Diamond Brite guarantee mainly because I was experiencing problems with my car dealership. I was fortunate enough to deal with Lawrence Joseph who was excellent in every respect. Without him the issue would have dragged on for much longer. He was helpful, reliable, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Something that is very rare these days, was the fact that when he promised to call me back, he always did so. His efforts on my behalf have been very much appreciated.

Good products delivered promply in good condition

Diamondbrite win my award for persistence in delivering their quality products to my door despite the frustration of DHL who totally failed to find my property or leave my delivery at one of their local collection points.
I have used Diamondbrite to keep my Inster 02 showroom clean for the last 12 months. Without hesitation I ordered more ceramic shampoo, glass cleaner and a new wash pad.
I was surprised and confused by a plethora of emails from DHL about their delivery difficulties and consequently rang Diamondbrite. They could not have been more helpful and constructive. Thanks to Diamondbrite's understanding and flexibility in despatching through an alternative company (DX Express) I have now received what I ordered and will continue to use these excellent products.

Bought this product through the car dealership. There were some problems. Terry Lee sorted them out with no hesitation or complications, going above and beyond. It is easy to promise but it's another thing to deliver. First class.

Ordering was very straightforward. Delivery was very quick. Very pleased with their service and great products provided.

Each product makes it relatively easy to maintain the condition of my car to the highest quality. The surface protection makes the car gleam; the glass cleaner removes all greasy smears and dissolves away any other surface contamination and the surfactants remove bird and Road grime without leaving any scratch marks.

Alloy Shield product. Although the product appears to work as described, the design of the pump needs a revision. 2 x 20in and 2 x 19in alloys, it was a slow process getting the pump function to deliver the product. It needs a trigger pump rather than the push down approach.

Update: Diamond Brite have offered to replace the pump top with two replacements, which I’m happy to accept. Previous feedback acted upon with a positive resolution. Can’t ask for more than that!

Excellent products at reasonable prices.

The parcels come on time and are very well packed. The items themselves do the job exactly as you say and my car being black shines very well and the rain just rolls off.

Was given a pack of Diamond Brite products Snowfoam, Ceramic Glaze, Glass cleaner etc. when buying new car. Very impressed with products how easy to use and the finish left on the car after using. Ordered other products not given in pack Interior cleaner, lcd screen cleaner and express was and wax for inside of doors. Products were delivered very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Terry Lee made a fantastic job of my car it now looks like new (nearly lt is ten years old)he spent ages getting it right the car looks amazing. Terry was a real gem for Diamondbrite Polite and genuinely nice

The products are wonderful value for money.
Wash and wax is the only cleaner on my car and saves gallons of water while bringing a protection and shine to the paintwork.
