Brilliant service

While the experience was good, for my first booking I was disappointed I was not able to complete my second booking as the site kept crashing.

I booked from travel junction, very convienicent, and quicik get the etickets, best price comparing with all the webs. will book again next time

Was drawn to the company because of cheap flight on a flight comparison website. Booked flight with deposit. Paid remainder of flight cost. Was then told I needed to pay another £450 before I could get my flights as taxes had increased. A clear lie as APD had only gone up by £12 per person since the flights were booked. They suck you in with a cheap price then charge extra before releasing your flights. I could have booked cheaper direct with the airline at the time I paid this company its deposit than what I had to finally pay the company to get my tickets. Lesson learned and I won’t make the same mistake again.

Please ignore the fake reviews, as you can tell from Google and other review sites this company are scammers with many AI generated fake reviews.

Hours and hours of phone calls, wasted £1000+, complaint to ABTA.

Made numerous errors on my booking that I ended up having to pay to correct their mistake. Tried to cancel many times and was not able to.
Finally amended my booking after a formal complaint to ABTA but no refund issued.

I was looking for a return trip London to Perth Australia
They called me after I gave my phone number on the website. Didn't provide any discount on what I could book for myself online. Didn't email me with details of their offer. Then I got a spam call that they are defiantly responsible for!

Stay clear of this company. I read the reviews before I booked with them . The reviews were mixed so I went with them. I booked a trip to Jamaica in December 2024 and had no end of problems. The only thing that went smoothly was when my payments were taken. I was told by the Agent that I dealt with, Cherry Brown, that I could get a discount for taking an extra bag, just call her from the airport and she would speak to the Agent there and apply the discount. On the day of travel, she was not contactable, even though she knew what day I was travelling. On contacting the company, I was told by a different Agent, that this needed to be done 24 hrs in advance. The booking Agent at the airport had no knowledge of such arrangements.
I had booked for a special meal due to my allergies but on checking by the Agent for (Dial4Travel), this was not done and I was assured that he had booked the meal was but during the flight I learned that no meal was booked. I had booked extra legroom seats and paid for these but this was not done, we were told that we were booked as wheelchair passengers instead. We had a horrible layover at JFK airport for approx 6 hrs. There was not even a nail to sit on in the transit terminal. On checking the return leg of the journey, I realised that no extra legroom seats were booked, they were just normal aisle seats, but was told by Cherry Brown that these were like premier economy seats. Had to pay out again for the extra legroom seats. This was mainly for my husband who ended up having a very uncomfortable on the first leg of the journey. The turnaround for the return flight was very tight and it was dubious if we would make the connection because we had to collect our luggage before boarding the connecting flight to the UK. However due to bad weather at Charlotte Douglas Airport, the previous day, this delayed the flight picking us up from Montego Bay and we ended up missing our connecting flight to the UK. This resulted in us spending 24 hours at the airport before we could fly back to the UK. On our return, I tried contacting the company to ask for a refund for the extra monies that we paid for the extra legroom seats, but after numerous calls and messages, Miss Cherry Brown seemed to have disappeared from the face of the earth. No reply, from them and no apology. I have also complained to ABTA but so far no response. So I would say be very wary of this company. You could do better elsewhere.

I had no issues what so ever, everything was done promptly, and their site is easy to navigate.

I’ve booked travel to Corfu and really had no problems or issues until recently when have been trying to sort out payment concerns and have found this company really challenging. I’ve called left multiple messages been told twice that someone will call me back, have WhatsApp over and emailed details requested but still no response. Staff say they say someone will call back and don’t, they tell you get a response to get rid of you. It’s just poor customer care! I can’t believe I’m chasing them. Very unhappy and wouldn’t willingly tell anyone to book and open themselves up to such disingenuous behaviour.
