Purchase Order Not Processed
Purchase Order Emailed, received, yet not processed for days.
Spoke with vendor on the phone, confirmed they'll process the order and will watch our our purchase order. I had to call them after nearly a week or more to find out if our order had shipped or not, and they hadn't even opened our email. This is very frustrating and damaged a client relationship, not to mention my relationships with coworkers and supervisors.

Very disappointed in your shipping
Very disappointed in your shipping. I paid for three day business day delivery, place the order last Saturday, and one week later, this Saturday, March 14, I received the needles and by no stretch of their imagination would this be third business delivery. I also ran out of needles because of that, which kept me from taking my medicine.

Order 101395 tracking is not working or…
Order 101395 tracking is not working or is not available only shows it sitting in Florida also usps tracking shows tracking cancelled. Please fix this after I paid 29.00 dollars to get fedex delivery but that didn’t happen. I needed the pen needles to take both of my insulins but after Friday will not have anymore available!

I am sorry for this inconvenience. We told you when you emailed us earlier, the package was originally labelled with the wrong shipping method, so the label was cancelled and it was reshipped via FedEx Express. As we told you, we refunded the shipping charges.
To make matters worse, it appears FedEx has lost your package as they have no information associated with the tracking number. You should have called us on our customer service phone after the FedEx package didn't arrive and we could have reshipped the package right away. We will reship tomorrow for Friday delivery
If the lost FedEx package arrives, please let us know.
