Thank you for your one-star review! We emailed you for the reason the order was cancelled. The item is on manufacturer backorder and we have no estimated date for restocking, so we had to cancel. The shipper left out the unit number of my address
The shipper left out the unit number of where I live. Spent half a day on the back and forth run around with FedEx, only to be told I have to contact the shipper to add my unit number. I contacted the supplier and they said they cant modify the shipment since it already shipped. That is complete incompetence if they dont know how to use their shipping resources to correct their mistake. Lastly, I was told to refuse the shipment "once recieved". That is the most idiotic advice I've ever heard as if I could receive it, I wouldn't need to refuse it. And the lack of customer service and support with this kind of stupidity is just unacceptable.

The two people who answer our toll-free customer service phone (1-800-891-9399) agree nobody called about any address errors. BTW, if you had actually made an order with us, A: We ship exactly to the address you give. and B: Our sophisticated shipping system won't let us ship to an incomplete address, such as one missing a unit number. I respectfully ask for you to find the real company responsible for your error and remove this one-star review from Diabetesstore.com. Thank you!

Confusing, inaccurate description
Wow, this is a great product at an incredible price, it is an advertised as “colorless “however, it is technically not the colorless Biofreeze. A bottle looks very similar in that both types are white bottles, but this product comes out green. It is not colorless. The actual colorless formula states such on the bottle. And now, I have 12 bottles that are not what I thought I was purchasing.

Missing Order
I placed an order on June 27. The website shows that the order was completed June 29. The item has not arrived. It is now July 14. I emailed the company but they have not replied. We are still waiting, but losing hope.

Our supplier told us the product you ordered is a special-order item and were reaching out to the manufacturer to find the status. Of course, I'll let you know as soon as I find any information. Thank y
I received part of my order in a box…
I received part of my order in a box that had seen better days! It was accordion pleated on 1 end and the tape sealing the box was coming off. I’m still waiting for the rest of my order, which is taking too long to arrive. However, my card was charged on day 1!! This is my first order and it will be my last.

Hello, Sorry that the shipping box was damaged. Was the product damaged? If so, you would need to let us know and we would tell our supplier. They would need photos of the damaged shipping box. If the product was damaged in shipping, our supplier will replace it. But you would need to let us know by calling our toll-free phone 1-800-891-9399. Your previous emails with us did not indicate the product was damaged. In our prior conversation, we told you the remaining part of your order was backordered and would be shipping in a few days. That was a few days ago and the remaining portion is shipping today. Thank you for your one-star review.
