My order was shipped 18 May via USPS and I didn't get it until 28 May. In my opinion, the USPS dropped the ball big time. No wonder why the American public has such a low opinion of it.

Terrible Inventory Management
I came here looking for particular brand of hand support. They listed it on the website and when I tried to buy multiple items, it kept saying they didn't have enough to fulfill my order.
IF IT'S OUT OF STOCK, SAY SO. Don't waste people's time and get their hopes up thinking they found what they needed.

Hello, Thank you for your Two Star Review! Sorry but saying "We don't have enough stock to fill your order" is just a nice way of saying "We are almost out of stock." If we were completely out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button would not be visible and you would not have been able to add anything to your shopping cart. You may try adding a smaller quantity to your cart, or you may wish to call our toll-free customer service phone. Our customer service team could have given you an idea of when to expect more in stock. Either way, a two-star review always gets results.

I paid for 3 business day delivery and did not receive it within 3 business days. It was a day late so it wasn't that bad but for the price I paid for the shipping I expected it to be on time. Other than that everything went smooth.
