Friendly service - excellent products

Descaler UK is my go-to place for descaler for my coffee machine. The Eccellente descaler is based on lactic acid and helps to keep the 13-year-old Gaggia Classic going. Delivery is quick, the goods are always well packed and price not too bad, especially with discount vouchers for further orders and occasional special offers.

promised so much, delivered NOTHING after a month
Ordered 3 bottles of descaler 31st January.
2nd feb received email saying problems with customs, (this is 4 weeks after the rules changed incidentally) but was expected by the end of the week.
8th Feb, not received but expected yet again, within a week.
chased order on 16th feb, incredibly told they had received some descaler, but mysteriously not enough to send me any - I only wanted 3 bottles so presume they hadnt ordered enough to fulfil any orders. Foolishly said i would wait as assured order would be with me before the end of the month.
Received another email today 24th February promising delivery of 1 whole bottle by the end of the month, and remaining 2 bottles in March......maybe..
AVOID this company at all costs, only too happy to take your money, drop ship and keep you waiting and waiting, spinning story after story

You are absolutely right! It's very disappointing that we still could not fulfil your complete order. Since brexit it's really hard to get our products form mainland Europe through customs to the UK. The Gaggia descaler comes from Italy. We only received a small part and therefor decided better to split orders so customers will get one bottle in case you need descaling urgently. The other bottles will follow next month. We do not dropship, we have our own warehouse in Northampton.

Terrible Service
Spoke to the company on their advise only ordered the filters for my coffee machine which were wrong. Sent them back in original packing which they confirmed receipt and mentioned they would refund the full amount including the postage but have been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks now . Its become our duty now to chase them and each time they say it would be done today or this week but nothing till now.
Terrible service. Would never order again from them or recommend them to anyone.

Great Products and Service, plus Reasonable Prices
The coffee machine descaler and water softener products I ordered were exactly as expected and delivered the next day. The prices were reasonable too.
This is now my go-to website for all my descaling needs.

Poor, very poor
ordered on wednesday just a minute after 16:00hrs, of course didn't get it the next day. But also not the following day or the one after, Then it was weekend. Enquired on Monday when I was told they had some supply problems with one of the items I had ordered but were expecting stock later that day. Was further told that I should have received an email regarding this. However the item would be shipped that day and I would receive it the following day (Tuesday) Received the alleged email late Monday night, AFTER my telephone enquiry.
Today is wednesday (8 days later) still nothing ....
Awful company ...
