Absolutely in love with this bag! It is exactly what I was looking for: elegant, practical,original and good quality.

I love the bag, looks very stylish in a very relaxed way. I chose the green colour and I love it. The finishings are of quality, so I think the bag is better than it looks in the web.

This is my second Deren Rice bag. The first one was a smaller model in orange. I loved it so much that I decided to go for a new one, and I love it just as much!

I did encounter a delivery issue, but the customer service I received was exceptional. A representative from Deren Rice, Paula, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me until I finally received my bag.

really nice colour, light and comfy bag

Despite not so many reviews online and my fear of getting something with bad quality, I ordered the bag. Because I just fell in love with it!
I received it pretty quickly (from Spain to France), it took me just a couple of days.
It looks pretty! Everything I wanted.
So, I definately recommend it!

Really great customer service - super fast responses and really keen to help. And I love the bag too!

When I received it, I realised the stitches to where the strap goes are loosen. I can't use it, because it can't hold any weight if the strap isn't able to last long. I emailed customer service, no respond. It is not like the reviews here said that they would respond within 24 hours, no. I indeed emailed them before shipment arrived because it took longer than expected, and of course didn't get a reply even after 4 days. Nobody ever respond, so don't trust this company. Moreover, this bag is made in China, not handcrafted in Spain. Paying for such price, it's totally NOT worth it. Bad quality of goods. No after-sale service, and there is no return for UK (or non-EU) customers. Ridiculous.

No sabía si fiarme porque no encontraba reviews más allá de la web y en Instagram casi no tienen comentarios, pero finalmente como era un regalo decidí probar. Envío muy rápido, me ha llegado en 48h. El diseño como tal es super bonito y de calidad se ve bastante bien pero en mi opinión son demasiado caros para lo que son. No dejan de ser de microfibra y lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido por dentro, se ve como sin terminar al no llevar ningún tipo de forro o acabado y queda bastante cutre la verdad. Pero por fuera no he encontrado nada parecido y eso que he buscado mucho… por eso me decidí a pedirlo, por fuera es tal cual en las fotos.
