I’ve visited Dentakay in Antalya twice, with about 3½ months between appointments, both experiences have been exceptional The clinic itself is spotless, and the equipment is top-notch—truly second to none

I honestly can’t recommend Dentakay highly enough. especially Dt Aykut Gunduz I’ve recently had veneers done and I am beyond happy with the results — they look so natural, clean, bright, and perfectly shaped for my mouth. They don’t look fake at all, just like the best version of my own smile

What truly sets him apart, though, is his kindness and patience, I’m genuinely scared of the dentist and especially needles…he was incredibly understanding from start to finish He took his time, explained everything, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire process.
It’s rare to find someone who is not only extremely skilled at what they do, but also so compassionate and caring. I felt listened to, respected, and safe — which means everything when you have dental anxiety, If you’re nervous about dental work and want beautiful, natural results, this is absolutely the dentist to trust 100%

I’m also incredibly grateful to the surgeon Dr. Ahmet Alper Kaya who carried out my implants and tooth removal He was so kind, patient, and gentle, and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process,Knowing how nervous I was, his calm manner and reassurance made such a difference. I felt truly cared for and in very safe hands

Lala was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond for me. She looked after me throughout the day, walked me to my appointments, checked in on me, and made sure I was okay at all times. She even messaged and helped manage my appointments, which made everything feel so much less stressful. Her care, kindness, and attention meant so much to me — she genuinely made the whole experience smoother and more comfortable. I’m so grateful for her support.

All of the staff were absolutely lovely — from reception to the bar staff and everyone in between. Everyone was so pleasant, welcoming, and friendly, which really made the whole experience feel comfortable and positive. It genuinely made a difference being surrounded by such kind people

After my first visit to Dentakay Antalya I have to say everything went well. From the beginning my agent answered me all my questions ( had plenty), also at the clinic I had all my questions answered detailed from different agents to dentist and surgeon, until I felt totally comfortable with the plan. The amount to pay was the same as the previous plan given before going to Antalya. However needed some changes on the previous plan , after the X-ray made at the clinic, de amount was the same. Everything has been very well organised, hotel, transportation, communication during my stay. Everybody was very kind, helpful and patient . Looking forward to my second visit soon to finalise my teeth.

Spent a year researching clinics in Antalya before I even reached out to DENTAKAY on WhatsApp. Evin was very friendly and helpful and gave me lots of information to help me decide what I wanted and after about a week of chatting I decided to firm a date to come, with a deposit to secure my flight. I’m sitting here now in Antalya in my hotel with the most incredible smile I could ever have imagined.
The airport exit was a little overwhelming as there was so many people collecting patients for various treatments but I walked along the line and found my transport and was whisked away to my hotel in a DENTAKAY VIP car, checked in and rested for the night. The communication from the clinic has been exceptional, receiving timely WhatsApp updates regarding the next days appointments, eta of my transport to and from the clinic etc, each patient has they’re own car and DENTAKAY have a fleet of vehicles and drivers ready to pick you up and collect you so your never waiting to long.
The staff in the clinic like Layla are excited to see you and greet you with a beaming smile and are 10/10 professional, warm and friendly and take the time talk to you and follow your journey through the clinic with you and on hand all the time to answer questions, discuss treatment progress or find a staff member to assist with a query or translate for you etc and they provide drinks all day long for patients waiting in reception for appointments or transfers etc.
Your treatment quote may likely change from the initial discussion and WhatsApp consultation back home due to your choice of different materials and products used also the dentist needing to perform a physical examination, X-rays and during the treatment procedures for things like cavities, fillings, broken teeth etc which cannot be foreseen until the procedures start so don’t be alarmed as they are covering potential route canal treatments, or extractions and similar things like that and if your lucky enough to not need any other procedures during your treatment they will refund you for those things (my experience) as they don’t want to get halfway through treatment and say ooo we have to charge more.
My dentist and dental nurse were wonderful to reassure me during procedures as I felt I wasn’t the best patient at times as there is a lot of things going on. I think his attention to detail for his work is exceptional making subtle changes during fitting and placement and honestly your not leaving the chair until he is satisfied with his work, DENTAKAY are a Centre for Dental Excellence in my honest opinion my dentist was a artist!
I’ve extended my visit to Antalya by 3 days to explore some of the area as during your treatment days you'll not be able to do much site seeing as you’ll need to be close by for appointments and transfers, you’re driver will only take you to your designated pickup and collection points as I asked a few times if I could be dropped off to a supermarket or currency exchange shop but they are not allowed to do this!
My experience is that my expectations have been exceeded on every level and I am a very satisfied customer.

From first contact with Dentakay my experience has been excellent. The staff at the clinic are very professional, kind and caring. The drivers that collect you from the airport and hotel are timely and efficient. I would highly recommend Dentakay to family and friends.

Very clean and very friendly place from the moment you arrive in the airport

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meiner Behandlung bei Dentakay. Das gesamte Personal war ultra-freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell.
Ein ganz besonderes und großes Dankeschön möchte ich meinem behandelnden Arzt aussprechen – er war einfach spitze. Es ist sehr schade, dass er die Klinik verlassen hat. Solche Ärzte sollte man unbedingt halten, denn genau solche Fachkräfte braucht man, um als Klinik weiter zu wachsen.
Auch die anderen Ärzte haben einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht, auch wenn sie bei mir weniger direkt beteiligt waren. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würde Dentakay auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Ein Punkt, der mir als im Ausland (Deutschland) lebender Patient wichtig ist, betrifft die zukünftige Nachsorge. Falls nach der Behandlung Schmerzen oder Probleme auftreten, müsste ich aktuell wieder Kontakt aufnehmen, einen Flug buchen und mehrere Tage von meinem Geschäft fehlen. Da ich selbstständig bin, ist das natürlich mit organisatorischem und finanziellem Aufwand verbunden.
Ich würde mir sehr wünschen, dass Dentakay in Zukunft mit Vertragspartnern bzw. Zahnärzten im Ausland zusammenarbeitet, sodass Nachbehandlungen oder Kontrollen auch vor Ort innerhalb einer erreichbaren Entfernung durchgeführt werden können. So könnten Anliegen im Idealfall schnell und unkompliziert gelöst werden, ohne extra reisen zu müssen.
Abgesehen von diesem Punkt war ich im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden.

I had full mouth one on six implants upon two visits and experienced that every individual at Dentakay Antalya was a highly professional, and a wonderful human being, the process was so smooth and very painless, I am very happy that we chose Dentakay😀

It was an absolute pleasure to have my dental treatment with dentakay. From the moment I arrived they showed me the upmost care and professionalism. The treatment rooms are supermodern with the best technology in dental care. The dentist's were professional and kept me free from pain throughout my whole procedure. Overall my experience with dentakay has been a very pleasurable one and I will be recommending them to any of my friends in the future.

From the minute I turned up Antalya to the minute I was dropped back to the airport , the service was exceptional. Mehmet my dentist is a genius , the work care and attention was world class. I cant do anything but praise Dentakay, I went really nervous , but the whole package from the chauffer, hotel , food , and professional work the whole team have done has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Ich bin mit meiner Behandlung bei der Dentakay Zahnklinik in Antalya rundum sehr zufrieden. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschluss der Behandlung war alles hervorragend organisiert. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit, sodass ich mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.

Auch der Aufenthalt im Hotel Falcon war sehr angenehm und perfekt organisiert. Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und das Personal dort ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Ergebnis der zahnärztlichen Behandlung ist einfach super und hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit dem Resultat und kann die Dentakay Zahnklinik uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese durchweg positive Erfahrung!

Dr Alper was great. Everyone was. I was really impressed at the organisation of all the treatments.

Dentakay has been brilliant from day one, I’ve had many issues with my teeth the last 4 years, and they have sorted everything within two and half days, the crowns look brilliant, and they look so Natural, everyone part of this team has been great.

I cannot praise Dentakay highly enough. From the airport collection to the airport drop off, everything has been first class.

Communication from the planning team was great. My quote did change however that was my choice as I upgraded the implants & quality of teeth.

Dr Murat is such a perfectionist & wasn’t happy with the first set of permanent crowns. I stayed for 2 extra days but Dentakay paid for my flight & hotel for this.

On my final fitting, Dr Murat wasn’t happy about one of the crowns, so I waited while another was made.

Finally I would like to personally thank my particular dentist Dr. Mehmet Murat Kurt, he took very good care of me, was kind and informative, but his unique attention to detail in achieving the best possible outcome was completely unique and reassuring. My teeth now look totally natural but almost perfect.

A special mention to Dr. Sevgi Erkan, who very beautifully carried out the specialist root canal treatment required, she was kind, caring, and very informative. The process was completely painless.

Overall, the complete experience was great, totally painless, [there was some discomfort at times] but great care was taken with every patient. I would highly recommend Dentakay.

I Completed my second visit to dentakay and 3 days after returning to UK, a day before Christmas, the fixed plate on bottom jaw on six implants snapped right in centre, thinnest part of denture in half. That's when eating soft bread. 12k total cost down the drain. That's merry Christmas from dentakay. Avoid at all costs! Whilst I was attending clinic I met another patient that had to fly back 5 times due to poor fitting work and problems with it. Does denta Kay think we have unlimited funds to fly over every year, several times a year and pay for flights and hotel,just after paying almost 12k for permanent teeth that didn't last 3 days? If value your health and don't want to be financially distroyed, avoid dentakay at all costs. There was also significant price increase of almost 3k from original 9k quote, due to root canals and temporary teeth, whilst I can agree with root canal charges, to charge for temporary teeth in first visit was absolutely outrageous and scam, as this was not mentioned by representative when I agreed to fly over, I was assured that temp teeth would be free. Most reputable companies provide 6 months temporaries included in package. This was not the case! Very unhappy. Dentakay has ruined all my plans for next year and I'm left financially ruined with dental work that lasted three days!, based on this, can I recommend dentakay? absolutely not! If you're wondering how they get positive reviews, then i can tell you, that when your treatment is finished, the staff make you write a positive review in a very pushy manner,just before you leave clinic. I am not the only person to mention this about reviews so dentakay needs to stop denying this unsavoury practice in their responses. They asked me for positive review too, which I originally gave them, but this scam and poor dental work needs to stop! 12 k in the bin for teeth that lasted 3 days. Having spent almost 12 thousand, I shouldn't be resigned to eat mashed potato for rest of my life now? They have destroyed me mentally, physically and financially. Do you still want to visit dentakay???? It seems like they acquired good reviews since being founded in 2009 then once they got sufficient amount of them they started increasing their prices,asking for reviews and basically put you on production line that provides quality of dental work that doesn't last three days and costs over 10 grand. Make your own conclusions. So far from aftercare team I've received copy and paste template replies that doesn't express concern for my wellbeing or show any eagerness to resolve the issue.
Update : dentakay has since reached out and offered accommodation and transfers as goodwill gesture so that i can access dental work warranty services which I do appreciate. I'm yet to find funds for the flight to travel over, as financially it is too soon after I've just paid for treatment and this incident had happened a day before Christmas. As well as I have work commitments so I'll be able to travel end of February.. I will keep you all updated. And hopefully I'll be a happy customer.
