From the smooth airport transfer to the end, everything was excellent and stress-free. Communication with Dentakay was quick and clear. Day 1: we planned everything perfectly. Day 2: they did the main work incredibly fast and with top quality – mind-blowing how efficient it was!

Avoid at all costs!
I am not normally the type of person to give negative feedback, but in this instance it is necessary if it helps other people falling into the same trap as myself.
I had spoken to several Dentists operating in Antalya and had received several quotes. I was unfortunate enough to come into contact with a "salesman" by the name of Klaus at Dentakay, whom after several weeks provided me with a dental plan and a price! As a 75 year old pensioner the cost was important to me as I depend on my state pension and ultimately his offer was too expensive. I declined the offer and he immediately gave me a "Final Price" which was several hundred pounds cheaper. Stupidly, and not knowing what was to lye ahead I accepted.
When I arrived in Turkey I was met by a member of the transport team and taken directly to the hotel. Unfortunately Dentakay had not reserved a room for me and I had to wait for 3 hours before being transported to another hotel on the other side of town!
When I arrived at the clinic the following day, I was immediately introduced to a "customer service" person by the name of Daniel. He took me into an office to take payment and to my horror, the price had risen several hundred pounds to the initial offer presented by Klaus. At that point he had no explanation as to why!
At that moment I should have turned and walked out of the door and left the premises. Unfortunately as an international patient I was in a vulnerable position so I paid what was asked of me, hoping that this would be resolved at a later date.
The treatment was carried out as per the agreement!
When I arrived home I contacted Dentakay to find out why I had been charged hundreds of pounds too much. The reply was that I had requested a temporary plastic denture consisting of four teeth. This had already been agreed during my initial conversations with Klaus and should have been included in the original price. Would anybody honestly believe that I would accept treatment and return to the UK with my 4 front teeth missing!
The fact of the matter is that they are liars and will do anything in their power to extract as much money as possible. They even ask you to leave positive reviews before the treatment was completed! I now know that they earn commission based on these reviews!
My case is not an isolated incident! On both my visits to the clinic I met several people who were not at all happy with the fact that their initial quotes had risen significantly. I would urge anyone who has experienced similar problems with Dentakay to voice their opinions - the negative comments stand currently @ 14%, but I am sure this figure would be a lot higher if people made their thoughts known!

Je donne mon avis très très concret sur mon expérience Dentakay effectué le 24 février 2026 tout à était fais correctement de l avion au transport jusqu a l hôtel ,j ai rencontré des personnes super ,très très professionnel et à l écoute . J avais énormément de problème dentaire à ce jour le 7 mars 2026 tout est niquel je ne regrette pas d avoir franchi le cap tout à était contrôlé par un dentiste français qui m’a clairement dit BEAU TRAVAIL, ils ont respecté ma forme de dent de couleur très naturel je remercie toute équipe de Dentakay pour m avoir changé ma vie , je ne peux que recommandé cette clinique à 100%

I am really happy with my new teeth, and I wanted to leave a 5 star review, but, only the weeks after returning home one of my implants/crown has become loose. It hasn't come out, and the offer to fix under the warranty has been made, I just can't afford another trip to Turkey just yet, so I'm having to be careful what I eat and how I chew.

Really organised, great translation and explanation of eah part of treatment, top class facility and super happy with my new smile..

The dental work i had done was absolute first class. The way everything is organised is like a well run military operation.

Title: My Experience with Dentakay (Antalya) – Aftercare & Record Transparency

My experience with Dentakay (Antalya) relates solely to my own dental consultation and subsequent communication with the clinic.

In September 2025, I attended Dentakay primarily for assessment of a minor chip repair. I was not experiencing major functional problems at the time. During the consultation, I was informed that most of my previous dental work would need to be completely redone.

This recommendation was provided verbally. I was not given a contemporaneous written clinical report explaining the medical basis for full retreatment.

Because the recommendation involved extensive and costly work, I requested copies of my X-rays and full dental records so that I could obtain an independent second opinion.

During communication with the clinic, I was informed in writing by email that Dentakay was handling aftercare matters relating to former GoDent patients.

The timeline is as follows:

• September 2025 — Examination and recommendation for extensive retreatment
• Same period — I requested copies of my X-rays and full clinical records
• After publishing an earlier review — I was contacted and offered free retreatment
• The offer was made after the review had been posted, and I was asked to remove it
• I removed the review in good faith
• I then formally requested written clarification and full records
• Only a single X-ray image was eventually provided
• No structured written clinical justification or complete file was supplied
• My later written complaint and deadline notice did not receive a response

This sequence of events is documented in saved email correspondence.

After reviewing the X-ray provided, I could not see clear visible evidence supporting the need for full retreatment. However, no detailed written explanation or structured clinical report was provided to clarify the recommendation.

My concerns relate specifically to:

• Lack of written clinical justification for major retreatment
• Difficulty obtaining complete dental records
• Communication linking review removal and treatment offer
• Absence of structured written complaint response

As a patient, I believe access to full medical records and written clinical reasoning are fundamental standards of transparency and informed consent.

All statements in this review are based on my personal experience and supported by written correspondence.

I encourage international patients to request full written treatment reports and complete records before agreeing to extensive procedures.

The service is extremely good on time well scheduled and the people are very friendly.

Spot on service, professional, minimal pain, concerned staff, very clean and up to date dental equipment.

Good company to go with
Seemed as tho they were mega busy, maybe a few more bookings and not as much one on one time to plan and choose colours etc, over all happy the dentists are great
