We got two maps from this great company and realized later that the font sizes were different. We wrote them over a year later asking if they could send us new maps with the right sized font and they responded right away, sent us the new parts of the map w/ the correct font for no extra charge ! I’ve never had a customs service quite like this 😊 merci bcp !!

In reply to the response from DeMurin Studio:
• Mr. Alex lie about that so-called free replaced product while we can't provide photo evidence here.

• It is not a 'fine product' quoted from Mr. Alex, it is 1) frame still broken 2) map inaccurate to the same location I've already had, not just debris that will take you 3 mins.

• I did not change or request 'that much detail' between two shipment, it's under the same exact order, and I even provide the reference of the same exact location which I received as a gift previously.

• Last not the least, why leave this review 2,5 years after?
I didn’t know this website to warn and remind the potential customers especially on the quality of the service and the attitude.

I am reporting them to BBB, FTC and SignalConso, and will escalate this issue so that others don't get scammed by this company, even 5 years after my experience.

I would like to address an extreme unsatisfactory outcome from the order #2557. I have not received any respond from the team, they just IGNORE the request until now in May, 2022.

• The product arrived still with a major flaw! I had the same 3D map back in 2021 and was very happy with it, that's why chose DeMurin again to gift it as a wedding present. This package arrived with lots of details missing on the map (exact same location), I would like to provide the picture for the team and I am requesting a compensation.

• The frame of the map is again damaged, just not as bad as last time, but the chink on the up left corner is obvious.
I remain my consume right in legal aspects with this insufficient service and flaw good.

The design is excellent although it took time. Waiting is worth!

The 3D product was exactly as described. No flaws at all. Arrived brand new and shiny in 100% perfect condition. A very straight forward ordering process and delivery was very much in a timely manner. It made a perfect gift for my daughter who just bought her first house with her boyfriend and this was a commemorative gift for them both to mark the occasion. Like me, they are both delighted with it. This was my second purchase with you and my third will follow in the next few weeks. Absolutely excellent.
