I ordered a hoodie
I ordered a hoodie, and everything seemed to be going fine. According to the tracking, it shipped from China and arrived in my country. However, it was then delivered to somewhere in a town a very long way away from me. The local carrier was not legally able to provide me with any further information, so I contacted demonslayercanada.ca through both the email address provided in the shipping notification email I received and the contact form on their website.
The email address provided in the email didn't work - my email was returned as undeliverable. And the contact form on the website appeared to work but I have not received any communication regarding my issue.
I can't find them on any social media - the links to social media on their site just go to the social media root sites (ex. "facebook.com").
So, to summarize: My order was shipped to the wrong city and there appears to be zero customer support available.
