I was very unsure wheather to use this company as Ive always told to book directly with airlines and I have flew to Ireland before but it was more direct - following a purchase to Cyprus for my sons birthday through cheeky trip.com which was a 3rd party supplier with delta I was still unsettled but I will provide a massive Thanks to Jerry marshal who had communicated effectively and was such a generous trip advisor - following learning it was my sons birthday the week we booked for we were provided with an upgraded apartment as a gift - we were very humble and appreciative , we are looking forward to leaving for our 1st abroad holiday out of the uk and will leave a further review on our return ☺️

Here is my review after holidays There company is dissolved long back and looks like they are working illegally from home the use fake name they are Indians I was served by Gregor his real name is Obaid from Hyderabad India, he made me and my small 2 kids suffers 30+ hours on road in cold in turkey by booking wrong return flights Obaid didn’t know pristina do not come in turkey even after clear instructions and he and his company has not contacted me or taking any responsibility PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.. NO GENUINE company use fake names on a business. I had to pay for my return tickets again and hotels again by taking loans on top of paying full amount for holidays.. He didn't even have courage to answer calls. He left me and kids suffer physically, emotionally and financially.. please contact me if you want more details.

SCAMMERS! Do NOT book through them!!! They have hidden fees and will charge you extra for everything, that’s why their prices look cheaper than other agencies! They book the cheapest and the worst hotels of all, never ever again!! Also if you want to have a seat together with the people you travelling with, you have to give them 5 star and write good review!!! That’s why they have so many good reviews!! don’t fool yourself!
