Don’t trust delta holidays. I have booked a holiday with them and been told the hotel has an air condition and we went to the hotel there wasn’t air conditioning and the heat was 35 degrees
We had heat stroke and mosquitoes bite every day . My daughter was struggling to sleep in the night
When I spoke to delta holidays was no answer and they ignored me

Currently battling with supervisor Martin after the hotel aspect of my holiday next Sat has gone insolvent..this is unfortunate and happens which is way there’s ATOL or Abta and it’s happening thousands of travellers who are getting fully looked after by other companies such as Love Holidays..if the uncertainty wasn’t already stressful enough,their persistence that I’ve to pay an extra £220 on top of a £1k holiday for one person is ridiculous. I’ve =checked and I can book same flights and hotel for cheaper now than I paid a week ago yet they are insulting me by offering me £300 back instead of £1049!

DO NOT USE!!!!!! THEY SAY THEY'RE ATOL PROTECTED BUT THEY ARENT JUST LOOK ON THE ATOL WEBSITE FOR THEIR LIST OF COMPANIES AND DELTA NOR GALAXY HOLIDAY AREN ON IT SO YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OF ANY TYPE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Booked a holiday with Deltaholidays and dealt with a "Jordan Kay" and apparently this guy works for this company and another called Galaxyholidays. Flights and travel went fine but this poxy scam of a company booked the hotel rooms but never paid for them so me and my husband had to pay an extra £380 ontop of the orginal fee for the holiday. So the company just up and took our money for the hotel for themselves. Wish I could give a negative 5 star review maybe trustpilot should add this feature.

ZERO STARS!!!!DO NOT!!!!!REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! FOUND THEM THROUGH A DEAL THEY WERE ADVERTISING ON WOWCHER (false advertisement). WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM (Richard) SAID DEAL WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE BUT COULD FIND ME SOMETHING SIMILAR IN ALIGNMENT WITH MY BUDGET. AFTER BEING RUSHED AND QUITE FRANKLY PRESSURED, I AGREED TO A PARTICULAR HOTEL AND FLIGHT. I ASKED TO PAY IN THREE INSTALMENTS WHICH WAS AGREED. AT TIME OF BOOKING I WAS INFORMED THAT THE HOTEL BOOKING COULD NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT WAS COMPLETED. I DID THIS YESTERDAY ONLY TO REALISE THAT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HOTEL WAS BOOKED. THAT HOTEL WAS A HOTEL I REJECTED DIRECTLY WITH THE AGENT BASED ON THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS OF THE HOTEL AND ALSO THE FACT THAT IT WAS OVER 1HR AWAY FROM WHERE I WANTED TO BE. WHEN I ASKED FOR THIS TO BE RECTIFIED I WAS TOLD THAIT CAN ONLY BE DONE IF I WAS WILLING TO PAY AN EXTRA £700.00 ON TO OF THE £1290.00 I HAD ALREADY PAID. I WAS TOLD THAT SINCE I HAD AGREED VIA EMAIL THAT ALL THE “DETAILS” ARE CORRECT THAT I HAD AGREED TO THIS HOTEL. MIND YOU Richard HAD VERBALLY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO BOOK THE HOTEL I WANTED UNTIL PAYMENT WAS COMPLETE. SO THE ONLY DETAILS I WAS CONFIRMING AS FAR AS I WAS AWARE WERE THE PASSENGERS DETAILS AND FLIGHT DETAILS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL. NOW THEY ARE STATING THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA £498.00 TO GET THE HOTEL I WANT. THEY (Richard) MADE AN INTENTIONAL ERROR ON THEIR SIDE KNOWING THAT WHEN I COMPLETED THE INSTALMENTS THAT WOULD EITHER NOT REALISE THEY HAD SOLD ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HOTEL AND WILL THEREFORE SETTLE FOR THAT, OR TWO REQUEST FOR THE CORRECT HOTEL IN WHICH CASE AS THEY ARE WILL UPSELL TO CLEARLY EXTORT MORE FUNDS FROM ME. THIS MORNING A CONTACT FROM THE NUMBER I HAVE BEEN IN COMMUNICATION to Richard/Ricki/Daniel WITH SENT ME A TEXT ASKING ME IF I WAS PAYING THE EXTRA £498. I SAID AFTER CAREFUL CONSIDERATION, READING FROM MANY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS WHO FOUND THEMSELVES IN A SIMILAR POSITION, THE FACT THAT THEIR WEBSITE LINKED TO THE EMAILS THEY HAVE BEEN SENDING ME LEADS TO A DEAD PAGE, THE FACT THAT EVERYTIME I HAVE CALLED TO MAKE A PAYMENT AS SOON AS I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT THE LINE GOES SILENT THEN I HAVE TO CALL BACK (which I can admit did raise my suspicions but since I was able to speak to someone I didn’t make a big deal out of it) AND THE FACT THAT NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN Ricki/Richard and Daniel ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ME, I WILL NOT BE PROCEEDING AND REQUEST A FULL REFUND!!!! ALL OF A SUDDEN NO-ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP ME!!! I AM A SINGLE MOTHER WHO WORKS HER BUTT OFF TO MAKE ENDS MEET. THIS HOLIDAY WAS MEANT TO BE A TREAT FOR MY BOYS WHO I SPEND ALOT OF TIME AWAY FROM SO ICAN MAKE ENDS MEET. I AM BEYOND INFURIATED BY THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE. Daylight robbery. There is obviously no such thing as a good deal. They add more and more extras on and you end up paying well over the odds. They do not tell you of these extras untill they have taken your money and then they will not refund you. Then to top it off they are rude to you when you try and state facts that these extras should be told to the buyer beforehand. Absolute joke of a company and will not be using them again.

Daniel was highly professional and helpful in assisting us when we needed to make some last minute changes to our trip due to medical reasons! We have used this company for many trips away and will continue to use them for many more! Excellent customer service, and would highly recommend!

Advertised at £249pp at 8am this morning and the website said it was valid as of 5pm last night. I contacted (Cannot mention name) at Delta Holidays who said that the prices fluctuate and it has now gone up to £339pp. I get that prices fluctuate in short spaces of time but not by almost 40%

I then noticed at 9am this morning that the price was set at £249pp with "Offer accurate as of May 21st, 2024, 08:36 AM" stated on the posting - so I contacted Delta Holidays again and she said again it's £339pp.

So somebody has manually updated this with a false price which should be illegal and reported to trading standards as this is in reality a scam.

I can not believe what’s happened ,
We have just turned up to the airport ,
The hotel transfer company said we should have arrived yesterday but you booked it the wrong day !!!!!
Me and my children are here at the airport waiting for a pick up and have been told they will not take us as we should have been picked up yesterday!!!
We have now had to pay €85 to get to the hotel .
I can not believe this ,
When we first booked the holiday you guys told us we had to change our flight date to the day after but obviously you didn’t change the transfers .
I have very tired children who have had to wait around for a lift to the hotel , not to mention they have learning difficulties and find any changes to our plans extremely stressful .
I will take a picture of the record of the hotel transfer money coming out of our bank, so you can return our money as quick as possible.

Very quick to talk no waiting on phone like so many other companies. Very good staff . Spoke to a nice gentleman called Sid Very knowledgeable. And gave us all information needed

Well, what to say. We paid huge amount of money to go all inclusive , paid all transfers, when we checked how far the hotel was, Camphill we were told long journey to hotel (4hours) , so changed it to Xafira Deluxe Turkey. Even paid and upgraded. to make sure it was hassle free and more. Total paid more then £1,300.
On our arrival the transfer agent did not show up, great, spent 30 minutes trying to locating him, worse still, got a drive that spoke 2 words or English, did not know the directions and spent 4 hours on the road, to get to the hotel. super got there FINALLY 1.30am , the hotel did not have any food TO OFFER, left-overs from the PREVIOUS evening was offered, cold soup and bread. (decided too much for 5 -star food) so went to bed hungry...

Next day , super , no internet IN THE ROOMS, OR HOTEL, had to pay for it , £10 per device, bought 2.

The free WIFI only in the lounge and within 10 metres of it.

Now all inclusive holiday means, all inclusive not in Turkey, here you have to pay for Fresh orange Juice, Ice Cream TO MENTION A FEW, since we do not drink alcohol (which was included) , was told by travel agent that there are 3 super restaurants you love it, you don't have to pay , just book 1 time , when when we enquired was told they all 3 are closed... so that was a blast.

So , we ended up in Turkey , had a TERRIBLE transfer agent and the hotel is staffed with non-speaking English people, all spoke ONLY Turkish and even using an App- was like living in ancient times, (Sign-Language works here ).

By the way no point to exchange money to local currency , Euro is what is wanted, we used up what we exchanged , we got it at 35 per £ , but when we used it , it was converted back at 40 to the £ , so we lost again.

ADVISED the travel agent , they were least bothered and said , thank you for your review, we try and improve - but offered little else.

Communication since the complaint is none to little there-after from the travel agent.

We are still here, today is the 3rd day in and experience is as said above as bad as,
however we finding our own way to try and enjoy the rest of it NO thanks to the agents here.

Now we will see if the transfer agent arrives on time to get us back to the airport, watch this space for an update.

I asked the travel agent who will be responsible if the transfer agent fails on the return leg and what we should do , no answer and no solutions offered.

DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY , SEEMS TRAVEL AGENTS SELLING PACKAGES , WITHOUT BEING TRUTHFUL OR HONEST.

This is a WARNING to all that are trying to book a holiday for any occasion.. if there way to give nothing for the experience, I would. Unfortunately no blame to the the girl that was helping me with my family holiday, she tried her best to find the best destination for me and my kids and we did, I paid a deposit and was told to pay the full amount a week before departure..I thought fantastic!! told my kids and was so excited to go. But then I saw there was no payment taken out of my account, so decided to contact the girl that took my booking.. but then I got a call from the manager demanding a further deposit for a larger amount, I was confused at this time and said it was all agreed when I made the booking, that full payment will be made a week before departure. He demanded more money for them to guarantee my booking, it felt like pressure was being put on me, if I don't pay the extra my holiday would be cancelled.. I refused to pay more, so they decided to cancel my holiday and offered to refund my deposit. I was so disgusted with this company and thought others should be aware of this company.. I would suggest that go with a company that is well known and pay the extra.. This company works on pressure selling and demands customers to pay more so they earn more.. furthermore there was no fault of the girl that helped me find a great holiday, she only works there and her hands are tied.. ALL I SAY IS BEAWARE..money is hard to earn and fraudsters are there to take what they can...
