First time with Delta Bingo I went to Etobicoke on Friday Aug 1 location which is convenient from my home and I find the place clean and nice customer service however I find that there is no security or employees to check on ID's that come in the location. How can they be sure that under age people are not allowed in the premises. Both entrances does not have any security checking on people that comes in. On every casino I went they check carefully the ID's and government photo ID of people that looks under the age of 30 before they are let in. Yes I see security guards walking but not on the door. Can you please have the issue taken a look at.

IT TAKES TO LONG TO BE PAID OUT

Update spoke with someone in the chat on the site and they said it could be upto 3 days that is unacceptable, to me.I definitely will not be playing with them again.Until they fix their payments
Update again it took over 24hours so about a day and a half and it's not i think when I can see every step of the way of your processing, because as soon as I complained it was in my account a hour later also, you guys have 3 different steps before it hits my bank
banks are fast. You guys are slow it says that you've received it then it goes to approved, then it goes to processed. So there's 3 different steps on your end, just to get the money. That's time consuming.
So again, I deposited money and I'm waiting for a withdrawal, and it's just all around slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, it does not get any faster. It just stays the same. Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow. I am so frustrated with this site. They say they're working on making it faster Well, how long do you really need? It's just ridiculous. I'll stick with Betty after this, thanks.
Now they've closed my account for 5 years. And I still have money with them.
This is unreal, they should never get the opportunity to close somebody's account before they receive their money. I just find it ridiculous. I've been waiting for a day now for my funding to come to me. And as soon as you complain about it. They have a big issue and they decide to alienate you and close your account

Maria did a great job I am greatly appreciate it everything she did for me hopefully the company sees my feedback that I sent through her about my experience and what happened and my dissatisfaction and my disappointment of the way I was treated and where I was deeply disappointed of doing my free birthday spins of 25 spins and every time I was spinning not really every time but most of my spins I won a few cents to dollars in winnings I should have had at least about over 20 25 of winnings and when I did my last spin all I see up on the top of the screen under bonus is 9 cents what could I do with nine cents I can't even spin the wheel once or by one bingo card for 9 cents here I do my spins I see dollars and change in some winnings where I should have had in a grand total of 20 plus or 25 plus in my winnings to use on other games and I get nine cents

Girls Night Out
We had such a fun girls night out at Delta Bingo Downsview on Friday July 4 at 7pm. It was our first time and we were definitely a little flustered and unsure of where to begin. Thankfully, Laszo and Matt were incredibly helpful. They noticed right away that we looked a bit lost and stepped in with patience and kindness to walk us through everything.
Laszo especially went above and beyond. Throughout the evening he kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing alright and to see if we needed anything. It made a big difference and helped us relax and enjoy the experience so much more.
Huge thanks to the team for making our first visit so memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Bingo Wilson Nightmare
I went to delta bingo downsview on Thursday June 26 2025 at the 10p.m session. I spent 200 on ball tickets and had 6 tickets. Went to play the machines during the break and always they announce when the bingo is starting but they didn't and I didn't play the balls and I feel that it should of been compensated for they are at fault but they dont care .Then on top of everything the stupid caller screwed up the progressive game so we didn't play which cost money that also went to the garbage. I will not return to that bingo to play bingo anymore that place has gone downhill. The management is terrible they need to hire people that know what there doing .it use to be a great bingo hall but unfortunately it horrible now.

I had Denisa M, as my representative to help me to try and get my withdrawal, but I had a old card that I had put funds to play, but that card was frauded and I put my new card in, but it says that my card isn't the one that I put funds on, so Denisa M was very helpful in trying to get it resolved but Denisa M couldn't so she escalated the issue for me cause I want to withdrawal money from my account. Very slow to pay out any winnings
Very slow to pay out any winnings. Have been waiting almost a week. Chat was very unhelpful. They just keep saying come back another day, your withdrawal is lost. Other sites pay out within hours not days. It has now been 6 days waiting for the withdrawal of $100. Today I am told it could take up to 10 days but if the withdrawal is sent back to them to be reprocessed then they can add another 1-2 days on that for them to reprocess it then another 5 days to receive it.
