⚠️ CAUTION TO ONTARIO PLAYERS RE: CASINO TIME & SELF-EXCLUSION BREACHES ⚠️
If you use Ontario’s official BetGuard Centralized Self-Exclusion system, be aware that Casino Time is currently refusing to honor the province's player protection laws.I officially registered my centralized self-exclusion with BetGuard on May 29th. Despite this, Casino Time’s platform completely failed to sync with the central registry for nearly a month, allowing me to log in, deposit, and gamble from May 31st - June 25th.When called out, their customer support closed my ticket and claimed they hold zero liability for BetGuard syncing failures. This is a direct violation of the AGCO Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming (Standard 2.11), which mandates that operators must cross-reference player data and block centrally excluded individuals immediately. Furthermore, AGCO directives clearly state that wagers made after an exclusion must be canceled and refunded.I have already escalated this systemic compliance failure and the full email chain directly to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario (iGO) for a formal investigation and audit. If you value a platform that actually respects regulatory player-safety laws and responsible gambling infrastructure, look elsewhere.
