Wow from start to finish the customer service was perfect. the passion, love and, care for the fish is second to none. I received my two bettas today and they are honestly more beautiful than the photos and videos make them look. The care and attention taken with everything from the initial contact through to after sales care is incredible. You can tell Del really cares about the animals and the customers. I have bought two bettas from him now and they’re both amazing. They’re top quality fish and a top quality business. He answers any questions you have, always fast delivery and for when it suits you. The packaging is perfect, the fish comes exactly as seen in his video with some food and instructions. So many different bettas in many different colours and grades, there’s a fish for everyone and I guarantee you won’t find better because you’ll fall in love with his fish and his business. Amazing quality Betta fish, we bought a male off Dell today. he has excellent knowledge and great customer service. We are first time betta fish buyers, and he gave us really good advice in how to set up our tank etc. If you’re looking for a betta fish id highly recommend using Dell!
