Fantastic Products
This is the first time I had purchased items from Delilah Chloe and will definitely not be the last. The items arrived in a well packaged box. I ordered from the botanical range. The diffuser and room spray have a fruity smell to them and they are pet friendly. I love the idea that you can purchase refills for your diffuser. The only negative thing I would say is I didn't receive a confirmation email regarding my order. However I received a lovely email from the company advising they are hoping to fix this issue soon. I certainly will order from this small business again, I am so pleased I found this gem of a company.

I placed an order on the 17th March and I only received it two days ago 28th March. I called up to see where my order was and I was promised a call back, no one bothered to call me back. Shame as the product is lovely but poor customer service in my opinion.

Beautifully fragranced and packaged products
I have bought several Delilah Chloe products in the past and this was my latest order. The wax melts are really substantial and the fragrance is amazing, and really lasts. They are also made from soy wax which is much better for the environment and burns much cleaner. The reed diffusers also have a strong fragrance and lasts for ages. It is great that they sell reed diffuser refills, as I just recycle the original glass jars and pour the new fragranced oil in - you always get new reeds, even with the refills. My favourite fragrances are Serenity, Botanicals and Seven Seas, but I have smelt the After Hours at a friends house recently and that is divine too so I will be trying that out next time.
