Simple trading platform

Over three months to transfer my portfolio to another broker. It has take this time and today the transfer is not yet completed. My documentation is in order and a clear list of stocks was provided with my request as indicated on Degiro's user guide. A quick Google search confirms my fears: this is common practice with Degiro. It can take from several weeks to a number of months before you can see your transfer completed and your stocks on your other account.
They don't answer support requests nor provide any indications for when to expect the operation to progress. On top of that they have requested all orders (including stop-loss) to be cancelled so that the transfer can be completed more quickly, yet it's now been an additional three weeks since that happened and no further communication has taken place since. My positions are currently not protected and I don't have a target date for the transfer to complete. Appalling service from this broker. Pay a bot more on fees and go to Interactive Brokers or some other more credited and reliable institution.

Broker economico, con le tariffe che sono molto competitive.
La piattaforma e la app funzionano bene e danno accesso ad un elevato numero di mercati ed ETF.
Il problema secondo me ENORME arriva quando bisogna fare la dichiarazione dei redditi.
Non ho problemi con il regime dichiarativo, ma almeno fornitemi un report fiscale che sia giusto...è dal 2021 che tutti gli anni non riescono a produrre un report fiscale corretto al primo colpo...

very simple buying and selling of shares, low commissions

Una piattaforma molto facile da usare e con commissioni basse. Per quanto mi riguarda una buona piattaforma.

After being a loyal customer for several years, from one day to the other and without telling me exactly why, DeGiro told me they were closing my account and were giving me 2 months to close all my positions. This came as a great cost to me as it forced me to sell certain positions at the wrong time and to transfer the others at significant cost to another broker. They never gave me the reason. Terrible customer service. Avoid DeGiro like the plague!

Tutto ok, buona esperienza anche con il servizio clienti. Unica grossa pecca x me è il report fiscale consegnato con tempi biblici. Le denuncie dei redditi in Italia si fanno anche a maggio e il report arriva a giugno...

Ho effettuato il passaggio ad altro Broker e nel modulo compilato inviato ad inizio procedura ho indicato da subito la mia richiesta di trasferire la borsa di negoziazione dei titoli in una differente e tale richiesta è stata da me sollecitata più volte via mail durante la lunghissima procedura di trasferimento verso altro broker (durata oltre 5 mesi). In questo periodo oltre non aver mai ricevuto nessuna comunicazione da parte di Degiro se non per mia iniziativa, scopro dopo 5 mesi dal nuovo broker che DEGIRO non ha convertito la borsa di negoziazione come richiesto. La risposta di DEGIRO alla mia richiesta di spiegazione è stata: “capisco il problema, ma ormai non possiamo farci nulla.” Veramente un atteggiamento pessimo e poco professionale, senza contare che DEGIRO sbaglia più volte durante praticamente ogni anno la documentazione che ti invia per la dichiarazione del 730.

Piattaforma di trading e di investimento user friendly, facile da studiare e semplice da utilizzare. Le commissioni sono molto basse. Quando utilizzi gli ETF che sono all'interno di un loro piano gratuito le commissioni non si applicano. Piattaforma di trading e per investimenti super consigliata.
