Dedamrealestate Anmeldelser

I had a bad experience with my previous real estate agent in Dubai. Once I had purchased the property, no one responded to me anymore, and I felt like just another number.

I was looking for a trustworthy partner who would maintain good communication, both before and after the purchase. I can confidently say that Emeer from De Dam is highly communicative and helpful with everything. He takes the time to listen carefully and understand my personal situation before offering advice.

I’m very glad I found this company.

We have had a truly great experience with Dedam Real Estate, and especially with Emeer.

What we really appreciate is that Emeer is not simply focused on selling you a property. From the beginning, it has felt much more like doing business together. He takes the time to think along with you, looks for opportunities, and genuinely wants to build something together for the long term.

And his support goes far beyond real estate. Whenever we need help with something in the UAE, Emeer is always willing to help, connect us with the right people, or point us in the right direction. He is someone you can rely on, which is incredibly valuable when doing business and investing in another country.

We are very happy to have met Emeer and to work with Dedam Real Estate. And if doing business together also leads to opportunities to invest in real estate together, that only makes the relationship even better.

A trustworthy partner, a great person to work with, and someone we are very happy to have on our side in the UAE. Highly recommended!

I am extremely satisfied with the guidance and support I received from this investment group/real estate agency. They took me to almost every potential plot that could be of interest and genuinely took the time to understand my wishes and preferences.

Throughout the viewings, they were able to answer all of my questions clearly and provided honest and knowledgeable advice. What I especially appreciated was that they didn’t simply present me with one option. Instead, they took me through almost every neighborhood to show me what was available and what options I had within the market.

Thanks to their personal and thorough approach, I gained a much better understanding of the different possibilities and was able to make a well-informed decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is seriously looking for an investment and values good, personal guidance.

Very positive experience with Dedam Real Estate. We gained a lot of confidence throughout the process of finding the right project, thanks to their knowledge of both the project and the market. Communication was fast, straightforward and professional, and we felt well guided from start to finish. Looking forward to the next steps.

Good communication and very trustworthy.

Best real estate company I have been dealing with

I have my property manage by De Dam and so far I’m very happy with the service. The team kept me well informed throughout the process and they found a tenant for my property quite quickly.

Since then, I haven’t really had much to worry about, which is exactly what I was looking for.Communication is easy and whenever I have a question, I get a clear response. Very happy with the service so far.
